Puluhan Rumah dan Makam Klotok Digusur

Baru Beli, Belum Menempati, Ikut Dirobohkan?

(mam)

Tens of houses and Klotok tombs were evicted

Just bought, not occupied, evicted?

KEDIRI – About 35 houses and 80 Chinese tombs in the Maskumambang area, Klotok, Sukorame Village, Mojoroto, were evicted for the development of SMA Taruna Brawijaya or former SMAN 5 Kota Kediri. Now, the condition of the land area which is directly adjacent to the Taruna High School, has been leveled to the ground. Meanwhile, dozens of other graves are still in the process of being demolished to be moved or cremated.
According to the information collected by the kediripost, the owners of the houses received compensation of Rp. 2.5 million to Rp. 5 million per household for moving places. As for the building, there is no compensation at all. The difference in compensation is based on the owner’s ID card. If he has a Sukorame Urban Village ID card, he will get Rp 5 million in compensation. If it is outside Sukorame Urban Village, the compensation is Rp 2.5 million. “I got Rp 2.5 million, my KTP is Jombang,” said one resident whose house was also evicted.
In the midst of the house eviction, an issue arose among residents, that there was a person outside Kediri who had just carried out a house sale and purchase transaction with an “ unscrupulous ” person at that location, the value was around Rp. 100 million, had not yet had time to occupy the house, but was hurriedly evicted. . “The house has just been repainted, before it was occupied, it is being evicted. I don’t know yet, how it continues, the money will be returned or not, ”said another resident.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Housing and Settlement Service (Perkim) of Kediri City, explained that his party is not directly related to the development process of the Taruna High School, so there is not much knowledge about the process as a whole. Kediri municipal government is only involved in the provision of the land. “That is what the Provincial Government (Pemprov, red) has to work with. We (City Government, red) only provide the land, ”said Hadi, when contacted via his cell phone. (mam)
