Guru K2 Minta Diprioritaskan pada Ujian PPPK
KEDIRI – Bupati Hanindhito Himawan Pramana alias Dhito, sudah menyiapkan Rp 13 miliar lebih untuk insentif para guru honorer dan pegawai honorer pendidikan pada 2021, guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan honorer bidang pendidikan. Dana itu, akan untuk insentif sekitar 6.800 honorer pendidikan se-Kabupaten Kediri. “Kita masih akan musyawarahkan, apakah penyerahannya nanti akan diberikan satu semester sekali atau bagaimana,”ujar Sujud Winarko, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kediri, mendampingi Bupati Kediri Dhito, saat acara Ngopi Bareng bersama Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kediri di Pendopo Kabupaten, Jumat (12 /3/2021).

Rencana pemberian insenstif ke guru honorer atau guru tidak tetap (GTT) dan Pegawai tidak tetap (PTT) itu, terungkap setelah ketua Forum Komunikasi Guru Honorer K2, Joko Supriyanto, meminta Bupati Kediri Dhito untuk memprioritaskan para K2 dalam pelaksanaan PPPK nanti. Sebab, rata-rata para guru honorer sudah bekerja sekitar 20 sampai 30 tahun. “Itu sebagai penghargaan untuk para guru K2 yang sudah mengabdi rata-rata sekitar 20 sampai 30 tahun,”ujar Joko.
Selain meminta para K2 diprioritaskan pada ujian PPPK, para guru honorer itu melalui sekretarisnya, Susela Setyo Nugroho, meminta agar para guru honorer diberi insentif yang layak. Sebab, selama ini insentif yang diberikan ke para guru honorer masih sangat rendah, sekitar Rp 500 ribu. Itupun, belum semua guru honorer mendapatkan insentif. Dari sekitar 500 guru honorer, yang mendapatkan insentif hanya sekitar 100 orang. “Kalau di Bondowoso, guru honorer bisa mendapatkan insentif Rp 1 juta,”jelasnya.
Terkait permintaan insentif ini, Bupati Dhito berjanji akan melakukan konsultasi ke Kepala Daerah Bondowoso, bagaimana para guru bisa mendapatkan insentif Rp 1 juta. Dia juga akan berkonsultasi ke Kementerian Pendidikan. Hanya saja, terkait untuk memprioritaskan guru K2 pada ujian PPK, Dhito belum memberi jawaban tegas. Sedangkan menurut Kadisdik Sujud, guru honorer di Kabupaten Kediri yang sudah K2, baik di SD maupun di SMP, ada sekitar 250 guru. (mam)

K2 Teachers Ask for Priority in the PPPK Examination
KEDIRI – Regent Hanindhito Himawan Pramana alias Dhito, has prepared more than Rp. 13 billion for incentives for honorary teachers and honorary education staff in 2021, in order to improve the welfare of honorariums in education. The funds will be used for incentives of around 6,800 honorary education in Kediri Regency. “We are still discussing whether the submission will be given once a semester or something,” said Sujud Winarko, Head of the Kediri Regency Education Office, accompanying the Regent of Kediri Dhito, during a joint coffee ceremony with the Regent and Deputy Regent of Kediri at the Regency Hall, Friday (12 / 3/2021).
The plan to give incentives to honorary teachers or temporary teachers (GTT) and temporary employees (PTT) was revealed after the head of K2 teachers, Joko Supriyanto, asked the Regent of Kediri Dhito to prioritize K2 in implementing PPPK later. This is because the average honorary teachers have worked for about 20 to 30 years. “It is an appreciation for K2 teachers who have served an average of about 20 to 30 years,” said Joko.
In addition to asking K2 to be prioritized on the PPPK exam, the honorary teachers, through their secretaries, asked that the honorary teachers be given appropriate incentives. This is because so far the incentives given to honorary teachers are still very low, around Rp. 500 thousand. Even then, not all honorary teachers have received incentives. Of the approximately 500 honorary teachers, only about 100 receive incentives. “In Bondowoso, honorary teachers can get an incentive of Rp. 1 million,” he explained.
Regarding this request for incentives, Regent Dhito promised to consult with the Regional Head of Bondowoso on how teachers could get an incentive of Rp. 1 million. He will also consult the Ministry of Education. It’s just that, related to prioritizing K2 teachers on the PPK exam, Dhito has not given a firm answer. Meanwhile, according to Kadisdik Sujud, honorary teachers in Kediri Regency who already have K2, both in elementary and junior high schools, there are around 250 teachers. (mam)
