KEDIRI – Kasus PT Merak Jaya Beton vs warga, terus berlanjut.

Seperti diberitakan sebelumnya, sejumlah warga terdampak menolak keberadaan keberadaan PT Merak Beton. (mam)
Reject Concrete Factory, Galang Residents Sign
KEDIRI – The case of PT Merak Beton vs residents, continues. Hundreds of residents of Grompol Hamlet, Ngebrak Village, Gampengrejo, have raised signatures against the existence of the concrete producer in their neighborhood. They assess the existence of PT. Peacock Concrete makes the social atmosphere less calm, in addition to the issue of environmental impact. On the other hand, the Ngebrak Village Representative Body (BPD) requested a re-agreement by including several points of agreement, because the last agreement was considered invalid, considering that the agreement did not involve the BPD as a resident representative.
Samsul Munir, one of the residents explained that raising the residents’ signatures was a kind of opinion poll regarding the existence of a concrete peacock, which is located in Grompol Hamlet, without any requests for compensation or anything. “There is no problem with residents asking for compensation or anything. The point is to reject the existence of a concrete peacock, “said Munir.
According to Munir, a total of 8 RT in Grompol Hamlet raised the rejection signatures. In the rejection statement, they are also ready to take responsibility, if a legal problem arises as a result of the rejection statement. “The community does not demand anything, they just want the concrete peacock not to be there anymore,” said Munir.
As previously reported, a number of affected residents rejected the existence of PT Merak Beton. The first case of rejection, can be reduced to the point that the concrete peacock operates again. After a few moments of silence, residents returned to refusal without any frills of compensation by gathering signatures from residents. (mam)
