KEDIRI – Pelayanan Keliling Satu Hari Jadi Selama pandemi Covid 19 Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kab. Kediri tetap melaksanakan Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan (Adminduk) Keliling Desa Sehari Jadi. Hari Sabtu, 12 September 2020, mobil pelayanan keliling berada di Desa Pranggang Kecamatan Plosoklaten.

Bagi masyarakat sesuai KTP beralamat di Desa Pranggang bisa mengurus Kartu Keluarga (KK), Akta Kelahiran, Akta Kematian dan perekaman e-KTP yang ditempatkan di gedung balai desa. Kecuali e-KTP, pengurusan dokumen kependudukan tersebut dapat dilakukan satu hari jadi.

Dikatakan oleh Ilham, Kepala Bidang Pelayanan Pendaftaran Penduduk, selama pandemi Covid 19 pelayanan administrasi kependudukan keliling tetap dilaksanakan di desa-desa tetapi dengan mengedepankan protokol kesehatan. “Biasanya dalam kondisi normal bisa melayani hingga 100 pemohon, saat ini kita batasi hanya 50 pemohon.9,” jelasnya

Ilham menambahkan, kegiatan seperti ini sudah lama dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pelayanan bagi masyarakat yang menghendaki perubahan KK, pengajuan baru, akta kelahiran dan kematian. Pelayanan hari ini sesuai pengajuan oleh desa sebanyak 50 orang.

“Pelayanan admistrasi kependudukan seperti ini tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Ketika data sudah lengkap dan jaringan ada, hanya 15 menit dokumen sudah bisa dibawa pulang. Sedangkan untuk pembuatan KTP elektronik karena blanko dari pusat, maka pelayanan keliling tidak mencetak KTP elektronik. Tetapi tetap kita ajukan melalui kecamatan, kemudian kita cetak dan dikirim ke kecamatan kembali. Disini hanya kita lakukan perekaman bagi pemula,” lanjutnya.

Tidak berhenti disitu saja, pelayanan jemput bola juga dilakukan hingga rumah warga. Yaitu bagi mereka yang sedang sakit, tidak bisa pergi kemana-mana dan orang dengan gangguan jiwa, maka Dispendukcapil juga mendatangi rumah penduduk sesuai dengan pengajuan. “Menjalang pilkada 2020 mendatang sudah kita deteksi kemungkinan akan merekam 32 ribu KTP pemula, maka dalam waktu dekat kita akan melaksanakan pelayanan keliling ke desa desa khusus perekaman bagi pemula. Dengan pelayanan keliling ini kami akan terus berupaya mempercepat pelayanan dan penyelesaiannya untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat,” pungkas Ilham.(adv/bd)

Meanwhile, for making electronic KTPs because they are blank from the center, the mobile services do not print electronic KTPs. It does not stop there, ball pick-up services are also carried out to residents’ homes. Namely for those who are sick, cannot go anywhere and people with mental disorders, the Dispendukcapil also visits residents’ homes according to the submission. “In the 2020 regional elections we have detected the possibility of recording 32 thousand new ID cards, so in the near future we will carry out mobile services to villages specifically for recording for beginners.
