Tidak Membawa Rekom, Daftar Sendiri
KEDIRI – Kang Haji Ridwan alias KHR, gagal menjadi bakal calon Bupati Kediri. Karena saat mendaftar di KPU Kabupaten Kediri, dia tidak membawa rekom partai atau gabungan partai dan tidak ada satu pun partai yang mendaftarkan. Sehingga, dia hanya daftar sendiri. KHR bersama timnya datang ke KPU sekitar jam 23.15. Namun karena berkas tidak lengkap, pendaftaran KHR itu ditolak KPU. Saat pengecekan di registrasi pendaftaran, dia bersama rombongan belum bisa menunjukan dukungan partai politik hingga pukul 24:00 WIB. Akhirnya, mereka balik kucing.

Anwar Ansori, komisioner KPU Kabupaten Kediri, menjelaskan ketika pendaftaran pihaknya masih terima. Saat pendaftaran, yang didaftarkan dan partai mendaftarkan wajib hadir. “ Sedangkan ini yang paslon didaftarkan sudah hadir, sedangkan kita minta yang mendaftarkan juga hadir, tapi hingga batas pendaftaran belum ada,” ungkap Anwar.
Menurut Anwar, KPU Kabupaten Kediri sudah berkomunikasi dengan LO sejak pendaftaran perpanjangan dibuka, Pada hari pertama, mereka datang ke KPU untuk konsultasi persyaratan. Namun belum membawa berkas. Pada hari kedua mereka datang ke KPU dengan membawa berkas syarat calon, namun kurang LHKBN dan keterangan terkait dari pengadilan niaga. “Kami selalu komunikasi dengan LO, beberapa update info selalu saya sampaikan, bahkan di detik-detik akhirpun saya pantau ,”ujar Anwar.
Dengan gagalnya KHR mendaftarkan diri ini, maka dipastikan hanya ada satu bakal calon Bupati Kediri, yaitu pasangan Dhito-Dewi. Sebab, perpanjangan pendaftaran sudah ditutup oleh KPU, yang dilanjutkan dengan tahapan berikutnya yaitu pemeriksaan kesehatan bakal pasangan calon yang sudah terdaftar di RSUD Syaiful Anwar, Malang. When checking the registration, he and his entourage could not show political party support until 24:00 WIB. Finally, they turned the cat.
Anwar Ansori, a commissioner for the KPU of Kediri Regency, explained that when the registration was done, his party was still receiving it. During registration, those who are registered and the party registering must attend. “Meanwhile, the registered candidate pairs are already present, while we ask those who register to attend, but until the registration limit there is no,” said Anwar.
According to Anwar, the KPU of Kediri Regency has communicated with LO since registration for the extension was opened. On the first day, they came to the KPU for a consultation on requirements. But haven’t brought the file. On the second day they came to the KPU with documents of candidate requirements, but they lacked LHKBN and related information from the commercial court. “We always communicate with LO, I always convey some information updates, even at the last minute I monitor it,” said Anwar.
With the failure of KHR to register, it is certain that there is only one candidate for the Regent of Kediri, namely the Dhito-Dewi pair. This is because the extension of registration has been closed by the KPU, which is followed by the next stage, namely the medical examination of the prospective pairs of candidates who have been registered at the Syaiful Anwar Regional Hospital, Malang.
