KEDIRI – Sejumlah aspirasi masyarakat yang berhasil diserap dari kegiatan reses para pimpinan dan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Kediri, diharapkan menjadi pertimbangan perencanaan pembangunan, agar pelaksanaan pembangunan di Kabupaten Kediri dapat tepat sasaran, sesuai aspirasi dan kebutuhan masyarakat di daerah.

Sesuai amanah konstitusi dalam Undang – Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah khususnya pasal 161, setiap Anggota DPRD harus melaksanakan penyerapan aspirasi masyarakat secara berkala melalui kegiatan reses pada setiap masa persidangan. Pada awal Desember 2020 lalu, Pimpinan dan Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Kediri melaksanakan kegiatan reses guna menyerap aspirasi rakyat di Daerah Pemilihannya masing-masing.
Dengan memperhatikan penerapan protokol kesehatan pencegahan covid-19, reses anggota DPRD Kabupaten Kediri pada Masa Persidangan I Tahun Sidang 2020/2021 dilakukan dengan pertemuan konstituen dan mengunjungi Daerah Pemilihan (Dapil). Memperhatikan kondisi pandemi covid-19 yang belum juga mereda di Kabupaten Kediri, maka khusus untuk kegiatan reses pertemuan dengan konstituen dilakukan sangat terbatas yaitu maksimal dihadiri hanya 50 orang peserta setiap pertemuan dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan pencegahan covid-19.
“Kegiatan reses merupakan amanah undang-undang yang harus dijalankan oleh setiap anggota DPRD untuk menyerap aspirasi masyarakat. Kami bersyukur meskipun di Kabupaten Kediri pandemi covid-19 belum juga mereda, namun kegiatan reses Masa Persidangan I Tahun Sidang 2020/2021 di akhir tahun ini berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Karena semua Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Kediri, benar-benar mematuhi protokol kesehatan pencegahan covid-19 dalam setiap pelaksanaan kegiatan reses, yaitu selalu menggunakan masker dan menerapkan social distancing di setiap lokasi reses, serta menyediakan hand sanitizer atau cuci tangan sebelum memasuki tempat pertemuan reses, serta membatasi jumlah peserta reses maksimal 50 orang setiap pertemuannya” terang Dodi Purwanto, Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Kediri.
Senada dengan Ketua DPRD, Pimpinan DPRD lainnya Drs. H. Sentot Djamaluddin, Drs. Sigit Sosiawan, SE dan Muhaimin, Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Kediri menambahkan seluruh aspirasi yang disampaikan warga, baik berupa saran, masukan maupun pengaduan masyarakat yang disampaikan dalam kegiatan reses, akan dituangkan ke dalam laporan kegiatan reses, selanjutnya disampaikan ke Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri untuk mendapatkan tindak lanjut. Recess, Absorb Aspiration, For Development On Target
KEDIRI – A number of people’s aspirations that have been successfully absorbed from the recess of the leaders and members of the Kediri Regency DPRD, are expected to be considered as development planning considerations, so that the implementation of development in Kediri Regency can be right on target, according to the aspirations and needs of the local community.
In accordance with the constitutional mandate in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, especially Article 161, each DPRD Member must carry out the absorption of the aspirations of the community regularly through recess activities at each trial period. In early December 2020, the Leadership and Members of the Kediri Regency DPRD carried out recess activities to absorb the aspirations of the people in their respective Electoral Regions.
By paying attention to the implementation of the covid-19 prevention health protocol, the recess of members of the Kediri Regency DPRD during the First Session Period of the 2020/2021 Session Year was carried out by meeting constituents and visiting the Electoral District (Dapil). Taking into account the condition of the Covid-19 pandemic which has not yet subsided in Kediri Regency, specifically for the recess activities, meetings with constituents are very limited, namely a maximum of only 50 attendees per meeting by complying with the covid-19 prevention health protocol.
“The recess activity is a statutory mandate that every DPRD member must carry out to absorb the aspirations of the community. We are grateful that even though the Covid-19 pandemic in Kediri Regency has not yet subsided, the recess activities for the First Session Period of the 2020/2021 Session Year at the end of this year went well and smoothly. Because all members of the Kediri Regency DPRD strictly comply with the covid-19 prevention health protocol in every implementation of recess activities, namely always using masks and applying social distancing at each recess location, as well as providing hand sanitizers or washing hands before entering the recess meeting place, and limiting the number of recess participants to a maximum of 50 people per meeting, ”explained Dodi Purwanto, Chairman of the Kediri Regency DPRD.
In line with the Chairman of DPRD, other DPRD leaders, Drs. H. Sentot Djamaluddin, Drs. Sigit Sosiawan, SE and Muhaimin, Deputy Chairperson of the Kediri Regency DPRD added that all aspirations conveyed by residents, both in the form of suggestions, input and complaints from the community that were conveyed during the recess activity, would be written into a recess activity report, then submitted to the Kediri Regency Government to get action. continue.
