KEDIRI – Tertundanya rapat paripurna hasil Pansus Sertifikat Hak Pakai (SHP) 33 Kelurahan Balowerti, Kota Kediri, belum ada titik kejelasan. Apakah betul penundaan itu untuk memberikan waktu lobi-lobi politik, agar semua dewan bersedia menyetujui asset Pemkot itu diserahkan ke pengembang tanpa proses ruilslag ? atau ada sesuatu lainnya?
Ketua DPRD Kota Kediri, Sunoto, juga bungkam terkait penundaan paripurna hasil Pansus SHP 33 itu. Saat ditemui kediripost di kantornya, dia menolak memberikan jawaban terkait penundaan rapat paripurna hasil Pansus SHP 33. “Ooochhh… penundaan itu. Kalau soal penundaan itu, nanti biar dijawab ini saja,”kata Sunoto, sambil menunjuk salah seorang stafnya yang kebetulan berada di sampingnya, sambil ngeloyor masuk ke mobil nya lalu pergi, Senin (10/5/2021).

Sebelumnya, beberapa pertanyaan konfirmasi yang dikirimkan kediripost ke ketua DPRD secara tertulis melalui staf dewan, antara lain tentang isu bahwa penundaan paripurna itu untuk memberikan waktu lobi politik agar semua anggota dewan setuju? Juga tidak ada jawaban apapun.
Sementara itu, beberapa anggota DPRD Kota Kediri yang berhasil dihubungi kediripost, memberikan informasi yang berbeda – beda terkait paripurna hasil Pansus SHP 33 ini. Ada yang memprediksi akhir Mei 2021 atau usai lebaran Idul Fitri, ada juga yang menyebut akhir Juni 2021. Sehingga waktu lobi –lobi politik masih punya waktu yang luas.
Seperti diberitakan, Pansus SHP 33 DPRD Kota Kediri gagal membuat keputusan bulat terkait permintaan Pemkot agar lahan SHP 33 seluas 3.510 m2 diserahkan ke pengembang perumahan, PT. SK. Bangun Persada. Sebagian setuju lahan itu diserahkan. Namun sebagian lain menolak, karena lahan SHP 33 tidak ada dalam perjanjian ruilslag 2014 antara Pemkot dan PT. SK Bangun Persada. Sehingga potensial muncul persoalan pidana di kemudian hari. (mam)
