KEDIRI – Di tengah kabar sejumlah SKPD di lingkungan Pemkab Kediri yang ramai – ramai diperiksa kejaksaan, terkait dugaan penyimpangan penggunaan keuangan, Bupati Hariyanti menghibahkan tanah milik Pemkab Kediri ke Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kediri seluas 894 meter. Serahterima sertifikat tanah yang dihibahkan itu dilakukan di Pendopo Kabupaten Kediri, Senin (2/11/2020) yang diserahkan langsung Bupati Hariyanti Sutrisno ke Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Sri Kuncoro. Hadir pada acara itu antara lain Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Dede Sujana.

“Kita (Pemerintah Daerah) menghibahkan barang milik Pemerintah Kabupaten kepada Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Kediri. Ini dalam rangka mendukung pelaksanaan tugas dan kewenangan kejaksaan. Dengan dihibahkan, kita berharap supaya pelaksaannya dapat lebih baik Lagi,” ungkap Dede Sujana.
Menurut Dede, tanah milik Pemkab itu, sebelumnya berstatus pinjam pakai oleh kejaksaan. “Setelah melalui proses panjang, sekarang sudah sah menjadi milik Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Kediri,”tandasnya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Kediri, Sri Kuncoro mengucapkan terimakasih atas tanah yang diberikan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri, utamanya untuk Bupati Kediri. Dengan adanya hibah ini, dapat meningkatkan kinerja sesuai dengan harapan bersama. “Dengan diberikannya sertifikat tanah hibah ini, diharapkan mampu meningkatkan semangat kinerja. Untuk kantornya tetap sama di Jl. Pamenang No.3 Kecamatan Ngasem,” tegasnya. (sul/mam)
Crowded with Investigation, Prosecutor Receives Land Grants
KEDIRI – In the midst of reports that a number of SKPDs in the Kediri Regency Government are busy being questioned by the prosecutor regarding alleged misuse of finance, Regent Hariyanti donated land belonging to the Kediri Regency Government to the Kediri District Prosecutor’s Office (Kejari) covering an area of 894 meters. The handover of the donated land certificate was carried out at the Kediri Regency Hall, Monday (11/2/2020) which was handed over directly by Regent Hariyanti Sutrisno to the Head of the State Prosecutor’s Office (Kejari) Sri Kuncoro. Present at the event were Regional Secretary (Sekda) Dede Sujana.
“We (the local government) donate property belonging to the Regency Government to the District Prosecutor’s Office of Kediri. This is in order to support the implementation of the duties and powers of the prosecutor’s office. With this grant, we hope that the implementation can be even better,” said Dede Sujana.
According to Dede, the land belonging to the district government was previously borrowed and used by the AGO. “After going through a long process, now it is legally owned by the District Prosecutor’s Office of Kediri,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Kediri District Public Prosecutor’s Office, Sri Kuncoro, expressed his gratitude for the land given by the Kediri Regency Government, especially for the Regent of Kediri. With this grant, it can improve performance according to mutual expectations. “With this grant land certificate, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the spirit of performance. The office remains the same on Jl. Pamenang No.3, Ngasem District,” he said. (sul / mam)
