KEDIRI – Jabatan ketua RT di Kota Kediri, tampaknya sudah menjadi jabatan yang ‘seksi’ untuk diperebutkan, penuh gengsi, hingga otot-ototan dan membuat warga ‘terbelah’. Juga seakan menggambarkan ‘persaingan’ wong cilik dan ‘pejabat’ pemilik uang.
EKO JAYADI : Ketua RT terpilih yang dianulir dan akan dilakukan pilihan ulang.
Setidaknya, itulah yang terjadi di RT 01 / RW 05 Kelurahan Kaliombo, Kota Kediri. Pemilihan ketua RT yang sudah dilaksanakan Sabtu, 17 Oktober 2020 lalu, tiba-tiba ‘kisruh’ lagi. Pendukung calon yang kalah, minta pilihan ulang. Sementara pendukung calon yang menang, menolak pilihan ulang. Karena alasan pilihan ulang dinilai terkesan dicari-cari dan diniai kurang kuat.

Tidak main-main. Warga yang menolak pilihan ulang, membuat surat penolakan yang ditandatangani sekitar 40 warga, dilengkapi dengan foto copy KK. Surat itu dikirim ke Kepala Kelurahan, Camat Kota, dan Kapolres Kediri Kota.

Informasi yang dikumpulkan Kediripost, awalnya pemilihan ketua RT 01/RW 05 itu berjalan santai-santai saja tanpa masalah. Empat kandidat yang dinilai memenuhi syarat, antara lain pendidikan minimal SMP dan umur minimal 18 tahun. Mereka adalah Eko Jayadi, Hariono, Zainuri, dan Ismu Rudito. Hasil pemilihan, Eko Jayadi memperoleh 25 suara, Hariono mendapat 24 suara, Zainuri mendapat 10 suara dan Ismu Rudito mendapat 11 suara. Hanya selisih satu suara.
Usai pemilihan, awalnya tidak ada masalah. Namun, beberapa hari kemudian tiba-tiba mulai dimunculkan masalah. Eko yang awalnya diloloskan oleh panitia sebagai calon, setelah menang pilihan, tiba-tiba dinilai cacat administrasi. Alasannya, syarat yang dimasukkan Eko ke panitia bukan ijazah, tapi berupa Daftar Nilai Ujian SMP dan surat keterangan dari sekolah. Kelompok calon ketua RT yang kalah, tiba-tiba meminta agar dilakukan pemilihan ulang. Pemilihan ulang itu, rencananya dilakukan Selasa, 3 November 2020. Bedanya, di pemilihan ulang ini, tanpa ada lagi persyaratan macam-macam. Sebelumnya, dibuat persyaratan antara lain calon ketua RT minimal lulusan SMP. Semua bebas mencalonkan dan panitianya diserahkan ke RW.
Sementara itu, salah seorang warga, berharap pilihan ulang ketua RT itu dibatalkan. Sebab, justru bisa menimbulkan kekisruhan antarwarga. Karena pemilihan sebelumnya sudah sesuai prosedur dan semua persyaratan calon sudah diverifikasi panitia. “Pak Lurah itu salah kalau bilang daripada geger ramai-ramai mending dilaksanakan pemilihan ulang. Justru pemilihan ulang ini malah bikin panas lingkungan. Apalagi beredar kabar ada bakal calon yang siap menyebar sejumlah uang ke warga”, katanya.
Sedangkan Kepala Kelurahan Kaliombo, Hariono, saat dikonfirmasi Kediripost melalui saluran whatsapp, belum memberikan jawaban. Begitu juga dengan Camat Kota Heri Purnomo, saat dihubungi melalui telepon, tidak diangkat. (har/mam)
Competition for the Head of RT in Kaliombo ‘Broken’
KEDIRI – The position of RT head in Kediri City seems to have become a position that is ‘sexy’ to be contested, full of prestige, to muscle and makes residents ‘split’. At least, that’s what happened in RT 01 / RW 05 Kelurahan Kaliombo, Kota Kediri. The election for the head of the RT which had been held last Saturday, October 17 2020, suddenly became ‘chaotic’ again. Supporters of the losing candidates, ask for re-choice. Meanwhile supporters of the winning candidate rejected re-choice. Because the reason for the re-choice is considered to be sought after and is considered not strong enough.
No kidding. Residents who rejected and re-choice, made a rejection letter signed by about 40 residents, accompanied by photocopies of family card (KK). The letter was sent to the Head of the Kelurahan, the Head of the City District, and the Kapolres of Kediri Kota.
The information collected by Kediripost is that initially the election for the head of RT 01 / RW 05 was going casually without any problems. The four candidates who were deemed eligible, among others, had a minimum education of junior high school and a minimum age of 18 years. They are Eko Jayadi, Hariono, Zainuri, and Ismu Rudito. The results of the election, Eko Jayadi got 25 votes, Hariono got 24 votes, Zainuri got 10 votes and Ismu Rudito got 11 votes. Only one vote difference.
After the election, initially there were no problems. However, a few days later the problem suddenly began. Eko, who was initially passed by the committee as a candidate, after winning the choice, was suddenly judged to have administrative defects. The reason is that the requirements that Eko put in to the committee are not a diploma, but a list of junior high school exam scores and a certificate from the school. The group of candidates for the head of the RT who lost suddenly asked for a re-election. The re-election is planned to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. The difference is, in this re-election, there are no more various requirements. Previously, requirements were made, including candidates for the head of the RT at least junior high school graduates. All are free to nominate and the committee is submitted to the RW.
Meanwhile, one of the residents hopes that the re-election of the RT head will be canceled. This is because it can actually cause chaos between residents. Because the previous election was in accordance with the procedure and all candidate requirements had been verified by the committee. “Pak Lurah is wrong if he says that instead of being excited, it is better to hold a re-election. In fact, this re-election is actually making the environment hot. Moreover, there are rumors that a candidate is ready to distribute some money to the residents,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of Kaliombo Urban Village, Hariono, when confirmed by Kediripost via the WhatsApp channel, had not yet given an answer. Likewise with the City District Head, Heri Purnomo, when contacted by telephone, he did not answer. (har / mam)
