KEDIRI – PKS akhirnya menyerahkan rekomendasi Calon Bupati / Wakil Bupati Kediri ke Hanindhito Himawan Prama alias Dhito – Dewi Maria Ulfa alias Dewi, setelah melalui proses panjang. PKS menyerahkan rekom dengan kontrak politik antara PKS dan Dhito, berisi 6 poin komitmen, antara lain jika Dhito terpilih sebagai Bupati Kediri, dia harus berkomitmen untuk memperjuangkan aspirasi umat Islam, mensejahterakan guru honorer, petani, dan UMKM, juga harus menjalankan tata kelola pemerintahan yang transparan.

Penyerahan rekomendasi itu, dilakukan di kantor DPD PKS Kabupaten Kediri, Senin (31/8/2020) antara Dhito dan Tim Pemenangan Pemilu dan Pemilukada Daerah (TPPD) PKS, serta pengurus DPD PKS lainnya. “Dukungan PKS ke calon kepala daerah, harus dengan kontrak politik,”ujar Tatak Widi Herjuno, Ketua DPD PKS Kabupaten Kediri.

Menurut Tatak, komunikasi antara Dhito dan PKS sudah terjalin lama, melalui diskusi panjang, sharing pemikiran, dan berkali-kali bertemu. Untuk menentukan rekom ini tidak mudah. Karena hanya ada satu pasangan calon, pilihan yang ada hanya memberikan rekom ke Dhito atau abstain. “Awalnya banyak juga yang abstain, tapi dengan berbagai pertimbangan dan setelah berkali-kali berdiskusi di internal dan sharing dengan Dhito, akhirnya DPP menentukan rekom jatuh ke Dhito,”jelas Tatak.
Tatak memastikan bahwa seluruh kader PKS hingga ranting akan solid mendukung Dhito. Karena setelah ada keputusan, semua harus mengikuti keputusan dan di PKS tidak ada tradisi melawan keputusan organisasi. “Pada proses sebelum keputusan, kita boleh berdebat. Tetapi setelah ada keputusan, semua akan all out mengikuti,”tandasnya.
Usai sesi penyerahan rekom Dhito menjelaskan bahwa dia tidak menetapkan target perolehan suara ke PKS. Juga ke partai-partai lain. Tetapi bagaimana berusaha maksimal dalam pemenangan. “Saya tidak menetapkan target ke PKS,”tambahnya.
Sementara itu, Reni Ramawati mengatakan dengan Dhito menjadi Bupati Kediri, diharapkan Dhito mau membuka komunikasi antara legislative dan ekskutif. Reni yakin hal itu bisa terjadi. Sebab, selama ini komunikasi antara legislative dan ekskutif tersumbat. “Komunikasi legislative dengan ekskutif selama ini tersumbat, kita harapkan nanti bisa lancar,”jelas Reni.

According to Tatak, communication between Dhito and PKS has been established for a long time, through long discussions, sharing of thoughts, and meeting many times. Meanwhile, Reni Ramawati said that with Dhito being the Regent of Kediri, it was hoped that Dhito would open up communication between the legislature and the executive. Reni believes it can happen. Because, so far, communication between the legislature and the executive has been clogged. “Communication between the legislative and executives has been clogged up, we hope it will run smoothly,” said Reni.
