KEDIRI – Kholifi Yunon, anggota DPRD Kota Kediri dari PAN, dipecat dari jabatannya sebagai Ketua Fraksi PAN. Posisinya, kini diganti oleh Firdaus alias Edo, yang juga salah satu pimpinan DPRD Kota Kediri. Dengan dipecat atau digantikannya Kholifi Yunon ini, maka susunan kepengurusan Fraksi PAN di DPRD menjadi berubah.
PENYEGARAN BIASAl Ketua DPD PAN Kota Kediri, menyebut pergantian Ketua Fraksi PAN DPRD Kota Kediri sebagai hal biasa terjadi.
Isu yang berkembang, pemecatan Kholifi Yunon itu terkait dengan perseteruan di internal PAN, khususnya isu tentang pengisian Wakil Walikota Kediri yang sedang kosong. Selain itu, juga muncul seringnya Fraksi PAN melakukan kritik terhadap kinerja Pemkot Kediri, yang seharusnya menjadi penopang utama pemerintahan, mengingat Walikota diberangkatkan dari PAN.
Ketua DPD PAN Abdul Bagi Bafaqih, ketika dikonfirmasi membenarkan adanya pergantian ketua Fraksi PAN di DPRD Kota Kediri itu. Surat yang dikirimkan ke DPRD Kota Kediri tentang pergantian fraksi itu, sudah disampaikan pada 2 Oktober lalu. Namun dia mengelak soal keterkaitan pergantian ketua fraksi PAN dengan isu pengisian Wawali. “Karena ada polemik pengisian Wawali, dibesar-besarkan. Tergantung orangnya menilai. Kalau yang senang ya ngepik-ngepik (menilai baik,red), kalau yang tidak senang yang menjelek-jelekkan. Tergantung masyarakat yang menilai. Itu normal,”jelas Bagi.
Menurut Bagi, pergantian susunan fraksi itu sebagai langkah penyegaran di Fraksi PAN. Penggantian di fraksi atau alat kelengkapan dewan, itu hal biasa, tidak ada yang istimewa. “Pergantian itu sebenarnya tidak ada permasalahan yang mendasar, itu hanya penyegaran. Pergantian itu sewaktu-waktu bisa. Kalau di DPR RI, penggantian susunan fraksi tergantung DPP, di provinsi tergantung DPW-nya, kalau Kabupaten / Kota tergantung DPD,”kata Bagi.
Saat disinggung soal rangkap jabatan Edo sebagai pimpinan DPRD dan ketua fraksi, Bagi menilai hal itu tidak masalah, tidak ada pengaruhnya. Hal serupa juga pernah terjadi di Kabupaten Kediri. “Jadi ketua fraksi dan wakil ketua itu tidak ada pengaruhnya,”tandas Bagi. (Sul/mam)

According to Bagi, the change in the composition of the factions was a refresher step in the PAN Faction. Replacement in faction or board fittings, that’s commonplace, nothing special. “Substitution actually does not have a fundamental problem, it is just a refresher. The change is possible at any time. In the DPR RI, changing the composition of the faction depends on the DPP, in the province it depends on the DPW, if the Regency / City depends on the DPD,” said Bagi.
When asked about Edo’s concurrent positions as chairman of the DPRD and chairman of the faction, to judge that this is not a problem, it has no effect. The same thing has happened in Kediri Regency. “So the faction chairman and deputy chairman have no effect,” said Bagi. (sul/mam)
