Verifikasi Kelengkapan Dihentikan Sementara oleh KPU
KEDIRI – Kejadian tak terduga mulai muncul di proses Pilkada Kabupaten Kediri. Meski semuanya sudah dipersiapkan dengan baik, saat proses pendaftaran tiba-tiba muncul masalah. Rekom dari DPP PAN, nama Sekjen yang menandatangani rekom yang diserahkan ke KPU, ternyata berbeda dengan yang ada di data Menkumham. Di data Menkumham, Sekjen DPP PAN tertulis Mohammad Eddy Dwiyanto Soeparno. Tetapi di rekom yang diserahkan KPU hanya tertulis Eddy Soeparno. Akibat perbedaan itu, KPU terpaksa terpaksa menghentikan sementara verifikasi kelengkapan pendukung. Akibatnya, proses pendaftaran terjeda hingga beberapa jam.

Sampai berita ini ditulis, Jumat (4/9/20) sekitar jam 17.00, proses verifikasi kelengkapan pendukung masih dihentikan oleh KPU. Sementara 8 partai lain, dinilai tidak ada masalah alias beres, tinggal verifikasi factual ke DPP masing-masing. “Ada beberapa pilihan yang bisa dilakukan, kalau diteruskan maka PAN ditinggal. Kalau menunggu rekom baru dari DPP PAN, ya kita tunggu. Kalau minta diundur, nanti daftar lagi, ya berkas kita kembalikan,”ujar Anwa Ansori, komisioner KPU Kabupaten Kediri.
Sementara itu, ketua DPD PAN Kabupaten Kediri, Muhaimin menjelaskan pihaknya masih komunikasi dengan DPP dan menunggu keputusan DPP. Saat ditanya apakah dia bisa memastikan rekom akan selesai hari itu juga, Muhaimin tidak mau menjawab memastikan, tapi harus. “Bukan memastikan, tapi harus selesai hari ini,”tandas Muhaimin.
Menurut Muhaimin, kasus rekom seperti itu kejadiannya ternyata tidak hanya di Kediri, tapi semuanya. “Semuanya begitu (nama tertera Eddy Soeparno, bukan Mohammad Eddy Dwiyanto Soeparno,red), jadi kita menunggu DPP. Kita sedang komunikasi dengan DPP,”tambahnya.
Pasangan Dhito – Dewi itu, memang mendaftarkan diri di hari pertama. Mereka berangkat ke KPU dari posko pemenangan gabungan sekitar pukul 13.00, secara bersama-sama diiringi seluruh parpol pendukung dengan mengendarai mobil masing-masing. Sedangkan Dhito, istri Dhito, dan Dewi, berangkat dengan naik becak bermotor, satu becak diisi satu orang. Begitu sampai ke KPU, berkas mereka langsung diverifikasi kelengkapannya. (sul/mam)

KEDIRI – Unexpected incidents have started to emerge in the Pilkada process in Kediri Regency. Even though everything was well prepared, problems suddenly arose during the registration process. The record from the DPP PAN, the name of the Secretary General who signed the record submitted to the KPU, turned out to be different from the one in the Menkumham data. In Menkumham’s data, the Secretary General of the PAN DPP is written Mohammad Eddy Dwiyanto Soeparno. But in the recommendations submitted by the KPU, only Eddy Soeparno wrote. As a result of these differences, the KPU was forced to temporarily stop verifying the completeness of its supporters. As a result, the registration process was delayed by several hours.
Until this news was written, Friday (4/9/20) around 17.00, the process of verifying the completeness of the supporters was still stopped by the KPU. Meanwhile, the other 8 parties were deemed to have no problems or were in good order. It was only a factual verification to the respective DPP. “There are several options that can be done, if it is continued then PAN will be left behind. If we wait for a new record from the DPP PAN, we will wait. If asked to be postponed, we will register again, so we will return the files, ”said Anwa Ansori, a KPU commissioner for Kediri Regency.
Meanwhile, the chairman of the DPD PAN Kediri Regency, Muhaimin explained that his party was still in communication with the DPP and was waiting for the DPP decision. When asked if he could confirm that the record would be completed that very day, Muhaimin did not want to confirm, but he had to. “Not sure, but it must be finished today,” said Muhaimin.
According to Muhaimin, cases of recom like that happened not only in Kediri, but all of them. “Everything is like that (the name is written Eddy Soeparno, not Mohammad Eddy Dwiyanto Soeparno, red), so we are waiting for the DPP. We are currently communicating with the DPP, “he added.
The Dhito – Dewi pair registered themselves on the first day. They departed for the KPU from the joint winning post at around 13.00, together with all supporting political parties driving their respective cars.
