KEDIRI – Walikota Kediri Abdullah Abu Bakar turun langsung meninjau pelaksanaan proyek padat karya yang tengah berlangsung di tiga lokasi, Rabu (30/9/30) untuk memastikan bahwa proyek padat karya itu benar-benar berjalan dengan baik dan benar-benar dikerjakan oleh masyarakat setempat. Saat peninjauan itu, Mas Abu didampingi Kepala Dinas PUPR Kota Kediri Sunyata, Kepala Barenlitbang Edi Darmasto, Camat dan Lurah setempat

Di Kelurahan Semampir rehabilitasi saluran irigasi sepanjang kurang lebih 1.100 meter dengan 22 pekerja. Kelurahan Dermo merehabilitasi saluran irigasi sepanjang 250 meter dengan 23 pekerja. Sedangkan Kelurahan Tempurejo mengerjakan rehabilitasi saluran irigasi sepanjang 200 meter dengan 15 pekerja. Dalam kegiatan ini, Mas Abu juga menyerahkan rompi kerja, masker, serta sarapan pagi kepada para pekerja. “Proyek ini yang mengerjakan masyarakat setempat, yang ada kemungkinan masyarakat itu terdampak covid-19. Dengan padat karya, maka daya beli masyarakat  akan meningkat,” ujarnya.

Menurut Mas Abu, nantinya setiap kelurahan di Kota Kediri akan mengerjakan proyek padat karya. Harapannya. roda perekonomian akan berputar khusunya di masa pandemi ini. Untuk penyelesaiannya sekitar 2 hingga 3 bulan. “Saya memiliki keyakinan sangat tinggi untuk menggerakkan perekonomian masyarakat. Orang yang bekerja dibayar setiap minggu, bukan setiap bulan. Maka akan berdampak khususnya bagi warga kita yang ikut bekerja di proyek padat karya ini. Saya memiiki keyakinan bahwa hasilnya akan bagus,” ungkapnya.

Dalam kesempatan yang sama Kepala Dinas PUPR Kota Kediri Sunyata menyampaikan sejauh ini untuk proyek padat karya berjalan lancar dan belum ada kendala. “ Insya Allah tidak ada kendala. Karena sudah berkoordinasi dan bekerjasama dengan kelurahan, LPMK, dan perangkatnya. Proyek ini kita selesai kira-kira pertengahan Desember, harus sudah tuntas semua,” pungkasnya.

Sementara itu, Sadali,52, salah satu pekerja dari Tempurejo mengatakan bersyukur dengan adanya program padat karya ini. Program ini dapat membantu perekonomian masyarakat yang saat ini terdampak covid-19. “Ini yang pekerja bukan hanya dari lingkungan proyrk, tetapi dari seluruh RT ada, jadi rata,” ujarnya. (adv/bd)

For the completion of about 2 to 3 months. “I have very high confidence in driving the people’s economy. People who work are paid weekly, not monthly. So it will have a special impact on our citizens who work on this labor-intensive project. I have confidence that the results will be good, “he said.
On the same occasion the Head of the PUPR City Office of Kediri Sunyata conveyed that so far the labor-intensive projects had been running smoothly and there had not been any obstacles. “God willing, there are no obstacles. Because it has coordinated and collaborated with the urban village, LPMK, and its apparatus. We will finish this project in mid-December. Everything must be completed, ”he concluded.
Meanwhile, Sadali, 52, one of the workers from Tempurejo said he was grateful for this labor-intensive program. This program can help the economy of people who are currently affected by Covid-19. “This is what workers do not only from the project environment, but from all RTs there, so it is flat,” he said.
