KEDIRI – Operasional Koperasi Niaga Mandiri Sejahtera Indonesia (NMSI) Jl. Patiunus Kota Kediri, akan ditutup sementara, khususnya untuk penerimaan nasabah, agen, atau mitra baru. Koperasi diminta untuk focus menyelesaikan persoalan yang sedang dihadapi. “Tutup sementara ini, dalam artian tidak boleh menerima anggota baru,”ujar Bambang Priambodo, Kepala Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Kediri, ditemui di ruang kerjanya, usai pertemuan dengan pengurus Koperasi NMSI, perwakilan agen, kepolisian, dan sejumlah pihak lain, Selasa (9/2/2021).

Seperti diberitakan, Koperasi NMSI digeruduk para agen setelah ada kabar laporan ‘hilangnya’ uang Rp 5 miliar lebih ke polisi, sejumlah laptop, CCTV, dan uang cadangan di brankas kantor. Sedangkan ketua Koperasi NMSI, Christian Anton Hardianto, menghilang entah kemana dan belum diketahui keberadaannya. Koperasi ini bergerak di bidang pengembangan budidaya tawon lancing penghasil madu dengan membentuk sejumlah agen di beberapa daerah. Agen inilah yang merekrut mitra untuk investasi dengan budidaya Tawon Lanceng. Setiap kotak tawon atau setup, investasinya Rp 500 ribu. Setiap 3 bulan sekali, mitra diberi profit Rp 130 ribu.

Bambang menjelaskan, Koperasi NMSI ini di Kota Kediri posisinya sebagai kantor cabang. Pusatnya di Madiun. Badan hukumnya dari Kementrian Koperasi pusat, berdiri pada 11 Desember 2019. Sedangkan di Kediri, secara resmi diberitahukan ke Dinkop dan UMKM Kota Kediri pada 24 Februari 2020 atau baru berdiri satu tahun di Kediri.
Bambang berharap, pengurus Koperasi NMSI segera mencari solusi penyelesaian masalah yang muncul, agar tidak meresahkan masyarakat. Bambang juga meminta seluruh koperasi di Kota Kediri, agar menjalankan prinsip-prinsip perkoperasian yang ada agar koperasi berjalan lancar. “Karena koperasi ini badan hukumnya dari kementrian di Jakarta, kami akan segera membuat laporan ke Mentri Koperasi dan Walikota,”tandas Bambang.
Pada pertemuan dengan Kadin Koperasi dan UMKM itu, sempat muncul kabar bahwa Koperasi NMSI akan diambil alih oleh investor lain. Hanya saja, siapa investornya, bagaimana skema dengan para agen dan mitra, belum ada kejelasan.
Usai rapat dengan Kepala Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM, perwakilan Koperasi NMSI dan para agen diminta diminta melakukan pendataan dan pemetaan persoalan yang muncul. As reported, the NMSI Koperasi was raided by agents after reports of the “loss” of more than Rp 5 billion to the police, a number of laptops, CCTV, and spare money in the office safe. Meanwhile, the head of the NMSI Cooperative, Christian Anton Hardianto, disappeared somewhere and his whereabouts are not yet known. This cooperative is engaged in developing honey-producing lancing wasp cultivation by establishing a number of agents in several regions. It is this agent who recruits partners for investment in Tawon Lanceng cultivation. For each wasp box or setup, the investment is IDR 500 thousand. Every 3 months, partners are given a profit of IDR 130 thousand.
Bambang explained that the NMSI Cooperative is in Kediri City as a branch office. The center is in Madiun. The legal entity from the central Ministry of Cooperatives, was established on December 11, 2019. Meanwhile, in Kediri, it was officially notified to the Kediri City Dinkop and UMKM on February 24, 2020 or it had only been established for one year in Kediri.
Bambang hopes that the management of the NMSI Cooperative will immediately find solutions to solve problems that arise, so as not to disturb the community. Bambang also asked all cooperatives in Kediri City to carry out the existing cooperative principles so that the cooperatives run smoothly. “Because this cooperative is a legal entity from the ministry in Jakarta, we will immediately make a report to the Minister for Cooperatives and the Mayor,” said Bambang.
At the meeting with Kadin Koperasi and UMKM, news emerged that the NMSI Cooperative would be taken over by another investor. However, who the investors are, what the scheme is with agents and partners, there is no clarity yet.
