Akibat Tidak Dimasukkan ke BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
KEDIRI – Ribuan guru swasta di Kota Kediri, harus gigit jari, tidak bisa mendapatkan Bantuan Sosial Upah (BSU) dari pemerintah pusat, karena mereka mayoritas tidak didaftarkan sebagai tenaga kerja di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan oleh yayasan pendidikan yang menaungi mereka. Padahal, untuk mendapatkan BSU Rp 600 ribu per bulan itu, salah satu syaratnya mereka terdaftar di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. “Hanya ada beberapa guru swasta yang bisa mendapatkan BSU itu. Karena yayasan mendaftarkan mereka ke BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Tapi jumlahnya sangat sedikit,”ujar salah seorang guru swasta di Kota Kediri yang menolak disebut namanya.

Menurut dia, uang Rp 600 ribu per bulan itu, bagi mereka sangat penting untuk menambah income bulanan. Apalagi kondisi di tengah pandemi covid-19 seperti sekarang. Sebab, gaji bulanan mereka dari yayasan umumnya sangat minim. “Banyak guru swasta yang gajinya masih di bawah lima ratus ribu,”tambahnya.
Sementara itu, kepala BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kediri, Agus Suprihadi menjelaskan mengakui guru swasta yang menjadi peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan masih sebagian. Tetapi seluruh guru non ASN di SD Negeri dan SMP Negeri kota Kediri sudah menjadi pesertanya. “Tapi saya tidak hafal lembaga nya dan berapa orang yang sudah masuk kepesertaan,”ujar Agus, saat dikonfirmasi melalui saluran whatsap.
Agus mengatakan, iuran bulanan untuk kepesertaan guru non ASN sebenarnya sangat kecil, yaitu Rp 11.128 ribu per bulan. Sehingga secara umum sangat terjangkau jika lembaga mau untuk mencover iuran mereka. “Iurannya kecil, manfaatnya besar,” tambah Agus. (mam)

In fact, to get BSU of Rp. 600 thousand per month, one of the conditions is that they are registered with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. “There are only a few private teachers who can get the BSU. Because the foundation registered them with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. But the number is very small, ”said a private teacher in Kediri who declined to be named.
According to him, the Rp 600 thousand per month for them is very important to increase their monthly income. Moreover, the conditions in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic like now. This is because their monthly salary from the foundation is generally very minimal. “There are many private teachers whose salaries are still below five hundred thousand,” he added.
Meanwhile, the head of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kediri, Agus Suprihadi explained that he admitted that there were still some private teachers who participated in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. However, all non ASN teachers in SD Negeri and SMP Negeri Kediri have become participants. “But I do not know the institution and how many people have joined,” said Agus, when confirmed through the WhatsApp channel.
Agus said, the monthly fee for non ASN teachers is actually very small, which is Rp 11,128 thousand per month. So that in general it is very affordable if the institutions are willing to cover their dues. “The fee is small, the benefits are big,” added Agus. (mam)
