Assesment, BKD Persiapkan Pejabat Kompeten

KEDIRI – Dalam rangka menyiapkan pejabat yang kompeten di bidangnya, Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kabupaten Kediri menggelar assesment atau penilaian kompetensi pejabat pengawas, yang dilaksanakan di ruang pertemuan BKD, selama 7 hari, diikuti 70 orang dan dibuka oleh kepala BKS, Solikin Senin( 30/11/2020).

Assesment ini untuk mengetahui kompetensi pejabat di bidangnya, ketika pimpinan membutuhkan personil di jabatan tertentu, kompetensi pejabat sudah diketahui sejak awal, sehingga pimpinan bisa menempatkan pejabat  di jabatan yang tepat sesuai kompetensi dan kinerjanya.

Banatul Mufida, Kabid Mutasi BKD Kabupaten Kediri, menjelaskan assesment atau penilaian kompetensi ini dilaksanakan secara daring karena adanya pandemi covid-19, bekerjasama antara BKD Kabupaten Kediri dengan BKD Jawa Timur, dilaksanakan 7 hari yang diikuti 70 orang. Setiap hari diikuti oleh 10 orang. “Rencananya, assesment ini akan dilaksanakan bertahap untuk semua pengawas atau eselon IV, untuk pemetaan jabatan. Sehingga masing-masing pejabat bisa menempati jabatan sesuai kompetensi dan kinerjanya,”ujar Fida.

Menurut Fida, profile kompetensi pejabat ini akan menjadi pertimbangan ketika mereka dibutuhkan atau itu akan naik eselon III atau administrator. “Assesment ini menjadi salah satu tolok ukur pejabat itu bisa naik atau tidak, selain kebijakan Bupati. Sehingga saat ada mutasi atau promosi, sudah ada data profil dan kompetensi pejabat. Jika dinilai kompetensi kurang, bisa dilakukan pengembangan kompetensi misalnya Diklat, ”tandasnya.

Fida menjelaskan, pada assasment ini ada lima tahap, yaitu problem analisis, psikotes, wawancara konfirmasi, Forum Grup Discussion (FGD), dan wawancara kompetensi. Sedangkan assesornya dari BKD Jawa Timur. “Semuanya dilakukan melalui zoom meeting,”tambahnya.  (mam)

BKD Assessment Prepares Competent Officials

KEDIRI – In order to prepare officials who are competent in their fields, the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) Kediri Regency held an assessment or competency assessment of supervisory officials, which was held in the BKD meeting room, for 7 days, followed by 70 people and opened by the head of BKS, Solikin Monday ( 30/11/2020).
This assessment is to determine the competence of officials in their fields, when the leadership requires personnel in certain positions, the competence of the officials is known from the start, so that the leadership can place the official in the right position according to their competence and performance.
Banatul Mufida, Head of Mutation of BKD in Kediri Regency, explained that the assessment or competency assessment was carried out online because of the Covid-19 pandemic, in collaboration between BKD Kediri Regency and BKD East Java, which was held for 7 days which was attended by 70 people. Every day followed by 10 people. “The plan is that this assessment will be carried out in stages for all supervisors or echelon IV, for job mapping. So that each official can occupy a position according to his competence and performance, “said Fida.
According to Fida, the competency profile of these officials will be taken into consideration when they are needed or they will move up to echelon III or administrator. “This assessment is one of the benchmarks for an official to go up or not, apart from the Regent’s policy. So that when there is a transfer or promotion, there is already profile data and official competence. If the competency is considered lacking, competency development can be carried out, for example, training, “he said.
Fida explained, there are five stages in this assessment, namely problem analysis, psychological test, confirmation interview, Group Discussion Forum (FGD), and competency interview. While the accessories are from BKD East Java. “Everything is done through a zoom meeting,” he added. (mam)
