KEDIRI – Sejumlah warga Kelurahan Semampir, Kota Kediri, menuntut realisasi pengadaan jalan tembus antara Jalan Mataram hingga Jalan Medang Kamulan, sebagai kompensasi pembangunan Perumahan Persada Asri oleh PT. SK Bangun Persada, yang sudah mereka ajukan sejak 2011 lalu. Namun, hingga kini jalan tembus itu belum teralisasi.

Fajar Basuko, Ketua LPMK Kelurahan Semampir, yang juga ketua tim 10 terkait tuntutan realisasi jalan tembus itu, menjelaskan pengadaan jalan tembus Jl. Mataram – Jl. Medang Kamulan itu merupakan salah satu permintaan warga yang belum direalisasi. “Kita meminta agar jalan tembus itu segera direalisasi, karena sangat penting untuk peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat,”ujar Fajar.
Menurut Fajar, jalan tembus yang diharapkan warga itu sepanjang sekitar 1100 meter, menembus persawahan di Kelurahan Semampir, termasuk melewati lahan sawah asset Pemkot Kediri. Karena sudah ada jalan setapak di bagian lokasi rencana jalan tembus yang diusulkan, dinilai lebih mudah untuk mewujudkan jalan tembus itu.
“Apalagi PT. SK Bangun Persada terus berusaha mengembangkan perumahan di kawasan itu. Sehingga sangat wajar jika pengembang perumahan merealisasikan jalan tembus itu. Efek peningkatan ekonomi ke masyarakat terkait adanya perumahan itu, biar bisa betul – betul dirasakan masyarakat,”tandasnya.
Fajar juga mengaku tim 10 juga sudah menyampaikan persoalan itu ke DPRD Kota Kediri pada Februari 2021 lalu. Namun, hingga sekarang belum ada kepastian bagaimana kelanjutan realisasi jalan tembus itu. “Dengan adanya jalan tembus itu, masyarakat tidak lagi berputar untuk akses antar lokasi. Realisasi jalan tembus itu sangat penting, karena Semampir terus berkembang dan masyarakat perlu diberi fasilitas untuk mengembangkan ekonominya,”tambah Fajar. (mam)

According to Fajar, the road that the residents hoped for would be about 1100 meters long, penetrating the rice fields in Semampir Village, including through the rice fields of assets of the Kediri City Government. Since there is already a path at the location of the proposed through-road plan, it is considered easier to realize the pass.
“Moreover, PT. SK Bangun Persada continues to strive to develop housing in the area. So it is very natural for housing developers to realize the pass. The effect of increasing the economy on the community is related to the existence of housing, so that it can really be felt by the community, “he said.
Fajar also admitted that Team 10 had also submitted the matter to the Kediri City DPRD in February 2021. However, until now there is no certainty as to how the realization of this through-road will continue. “With this through road, the community no longer rotates for access between locations.
