Terlibat Tim Sukses, Harus Ajukan Surat Non-Aktif
KEDIRI – Teka-teki kemana arah PCNU di Pilkada Kabupaten Kediri, 9 Desember mendatang, akhirnya terjawab. PCNU Kabupaten Kediri menegaskan sikap netral dan tidak melakukan dukung mendukung pada calon. Sebelumnya, santer berkembang isu NU akan mendukung bumbung kosong. Beberapa saat kemudian, pasangan Dhito – Dewi silaturrahmi ke PCNU. Kemudian muncul isu bahwa NU akan mendukung Dhito – Dewi. Namun, akhirnya NU mengambil sikap tengah, netral.
SURAT NETRALITAS NU : Surat edaran yang dikirim ke seluruh MWC, Banom, dan lembaga NU Kabupaten Kediri
Kepastian sikap NU pada Pilkada itu, setelah muncul surat edaran NU, tertanggal 9 September 2020, yang ditandatangani Rais KH Busyro Karim, Katib Moh. Khotib, ketua Tanfidziyah KH. Muhammad Makmun, dan sekretaris Bahrudin. ‘Untuk menjaga marwah dan eksistensi NU dari segala bentuk intervensi dari pihak manapun’ itulah alasan yang tertuang pada surat edaran NU.
Pada surat edaran itu, intinya ada 4 poin. Pertama, bersikap netral dalam Pilkada. Kedua, tidak menggunakan kantor NU dan atribut NU dalam dukung mendukung. Ketiga, tidak menghadiri kampanye dan kegiatan lain yang bersifat dukung mendukung Pilkada. Keempat, pengurus NU, Banom, dan lembaga, jika menjadi tim sukses, harus mengajukan surat non-aktif.
Sekreatis PCNU Kabupaten Kediri, Bahrudin, membenarkan adanya surat edaran tentang sikap netral NU di Pilkada itu. Surat itu ditujukan ke seluruh pengurus NU, MWC NU di Kecamatan, dan seluruh pengusus Banom dan lembaga di bawah NU. “Seluruh komponen yang terlibat, harus taat pada keputusan NU,”ujar Bahrudin. PCNU Kediri District affirmed its neutral stance and did not support the candidates. Previously, there was a widespread issue that NU would support an empty bumbung. A few moments later, the Dhito – Dewi pair went to PCNU. Then the issue arose that NU would support Dhito – Dewi. However, in the end NU took a middle, neutral stance.
The certainty of NU’s stance on the Pilkada, after the appearance of an NU circular letter, dated 9 September 2020, signed by Rais KH Busyro Karim, Katib Moh. Khotib, chairman of Tanfidziyah KH. Muhammad Makmun, and secretary Bahrudin. “To maintain the spirit and existence of NU from any form of intervention from any party” that is the reason stated in the NU circular.
In the circular, there are basically 4 points. First, be neutral in the election. Second, do not use NU offices and NU attributes in supporting support. Third, do not attend campaigns and other activities that support the election . Fourth, the management of NU, Banom, and institutions, if they become a successful team, must submit a letter of inactivity.
The PCNU secretary for Kediri Regency, Bahrudin, confirmed that there was a circular regarding NU’s neutral stance in the election. The letter was addressed to all NU administrators, MWC NU in the District, and all Banom administrators and institutions under NU. “All components involved must obey NU’s decisions,” said Bahrudin.
