USUT PENGUSUL RUU HIP: Anggota DPRD Kota Kediri, Katino, Ayub, dan Azhari, saat menemui para demonstrans di depan kantor DPRD
KEDIRI – Rancangan Undang-Undangan Haluan Ideologi Pancasila (RUU HIP) terus mendapat tekanan masyarakat untuk dibatalkan, meskipun sudah ada penundaan. Apalagi, ada kabar RUU HIP akan diubah nama agar mengurangi tekanan masyarakat.
Seperti yang terjadi di Kediri, ribuan anggota Persatuan Umat Islam (PUI) Kediri menggelar aksi demonstrasi mendesak RUU HIP dibatalkan pembahasannya, bukan sekadar ditunda. Sebab, RUU HIP itu dinilai disusupi ideologi komunis yang akan menggantikan Pancasila sebagai Dasar Negara. Selain itu, muncul kabar mereka akan mengubah nama dari RUU HIP ke nama lain. “Perubahan apapun namanya, tetap kita tolak dan harus dibatalkan,”ujar Rahmad Mahmudi, coordinator PUI Kediri, dalam pernyataan sikap di hadapan sejumlah anggota DPRD Kota Kediri, Kamis, 16 Juli 2020.
Dalam aksi PUI dari berbagai elemen, Muhammadiyah, KAHMI, FKPPI, MKLB, dan sebagainya tersebut, mereka membawa sejumlah atribut bendera dan tulisan-tulisan yang menolak RUU HIP maupun nama lain yang akan dibuat DPR RI. Mereka juga melakukan orasi yang mengecam munculnya RUU HIP yang dinilai disusupi komunis.
Setalah beberapa saat melakukan orasi, sejumlah perwakilan PUI diterima oleh anggota DPRD Kota Kediri, yaitu Kationo (Gerindra), Azhari (Demokrat) dan Ayub Hidayatullah (PKS). Mereka berjanji akan meneruskan tuntutan mereka ke fraksi masing-masing partai di DPR RI dan secretariat DPR RI. “Kita terima aspirasi ini dan kita siap meneruskan ke fraksi masing-masing di DPR RI,”ujar Katino.
Pada aksi tersebut, ada lima tuntutan yang mereka sampaikan, pertama penghentian total pembahasan RUU HIP atau apapun namanya seperti RUU PIP. Kedua, mengeluarkan pembahasan RUU HIP dari Program Legislasi Nasional (Prolegnas). Ketiga, mendesak aparat mengusut inisiator RUU HIP karena dinilai melakukan tindak kejahatan akan mengganti Pancasila. Ke empat, meminta pemerintah membubarkan partai politik yang mengusulkan RUU HIP. Kelima, menuntut pemerintah membubarkan Badan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila (BPIP) karena tidak mampu berbuat apapun ketika Pancasila hendak diutak-atik dan diganti. (mam)
HIP Bill will Change Name, PUI Demo Refuses
KEDIRI – The Pancasila Ideology Bow Bill (HIP Bill) continues to come under public pressure to be canceled, despite delays. Moreover, there is news that the HIP bill will be renamed to reduce public pressure.
As happened in Kediri, thousands of members of the Kediri Islamic Union (PUI) held a demonstration urging the HIP Bill to be canceled, not just postponed. Because, the HIP Bill was considered infiltrated by a communist ideology that would replace Pancasila as the State Foundation. In addition, news emerged that they would change the name of the HIP Bill to another name. “Whatever the name changes, we still reject and must be canceled,” said Rahmad Mahmudi, coordinator of PUI Kediri, in a statement of attitude before a number of members of the City Council of Kediri, Thursday, July 16, 2020.
In the PUI action from various elements, Muhammadiyah, KAHMI, FKPPI, MKLB, etc., they brought a number of flag attributes and writings that rejected the HIP Bill and other names that would be made by the Indonesian Parliament. They also made speeches condemning the emergence of the HIP Bill which was considered infiltrated by communists.
After a few speeches, a number of PUI representatives were received by members of the City of Kediri DPRD, namely Kationo (Gerindra), Azhari (Democrats) and Ayub Hidayatullah (PKS). They promised to continue their demands to the factions of each party in the DPR RI and the DPR RI secretariat. “We accept these aspirations and we are ready to continue to their respective factions in the Indonesian Parliament,” Katino said.
In the action, there were five demands they delivered, the first was the total cessation of the HIP Bill discussion or whatever its name was like the PIP Bill. Second, issue a discussion on the HIP Bill from the National Legislation Program (Prolegnas). Third, urging the authorities to investigate the initiator of the HIP Bill because it is considered committing a crime will replace Pancasila. Fourth, asking the government to dissolve the political parties that proposed the HIP Bill. Fifth, demanding that the government disband the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP) because it is unable to do anything when Pancasila is about to be tampered with and replaced. (mam)
