KEDIRI – Para aggota DPRD Kabupaten Kediri, kembali melakukan serap aspirasi masyarakat dengan turun langsung ke masyarakat untuk mendengarkan aspirasi mereka sebagai masukan untuk usulan pengambilan kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri. Reses di masa persidangan III itu dilakukan 24-29 Agustus 2020. Saat pertemuan dengan warga, mereka tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan.
“Kegiatan reses merupakan amanah undang-undang bagi setiap anggota dewan untuk menyerap aspirasi masyarakat. Kami bersyukur meskipun masih dalam suasana pandemi covid-19 kegiatan reses Masa Persidangan IIITahun Sidang 2019/2020 berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Karena semua Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Kediri, saat reses benar-benar menerapkan protokol kesehatan pencegahan covid-19,” ujar Dodi Purwanto, Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Kediri.
Hal senada diungkapkan para pimpinan DPRD lainnya, yaitu Drs.H.Sentot Djamaluddin, Drs. Sigit Sosiawan, SE dan Muhaimin, bahwa seluruh aspirasi yang disampaikan warga saat reses, saran, masukan maupun pengaduan masyarakat, akan dituangkan ke dalam laporan kegiatan reses dan disampaikan ke Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri untuk mendapatkan tindak lanjut.
“Aspirasi masyarakat yang terhimpun dalam kegiatan reses ini, diharapkan menjadi bahan pertimbangan perencanaan pembangunan, agar pelaksanaan pembangunan dapat tepat sasaran dan sesuai aspirasi dan kebutuhan masyarakat,”kata Sentot Djamaluddin.
Dengan kebijakan atas usulan masyarakat ini, diharapkan pembangunan di Kabupaten Kediri bisa lebih tepat sasaran dan peningkatan sekejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat bisa lebih dirasakan dan meningkat. (mam)
Recess, the Council Goes Directly to the Community
KEDIRI – Members of the Kediri Regency DPRD, are back to absorbing the aspirations of the community by going directly to the community to listen to their aspirations as input for proposals for policy making by the Kediri Regency Government. The recess during the trial period III was held on 24-29 August 2020. During the meeting with residents, they continued to apply health protocols.
“The recess activity is a statutory mandate for each member of the council to absorb the aspirations of the community. We are grateful that even though it is still in an atmosphere of the Covid-19 pandemic, the recess activities for the Second Trial Period of the 2019/2020 Session Year went well and smoothly. Because all members of the Kediri Regency DPRD, during the recess really apply the health protocol to prevent Covid-19, “said Dodi Purwanto, Chairman of the Kediri Regency DPRD.
The same thing was expressed by other DPRD leaders, namely Drs.H.Sentot Djamaluddin, Drs. Sigit Sosiawan, SE and Muhaimin, that all the aspirations conveyed by residents during the recess, suggestions, input and complaints from the community, will be written into the recess activity report and submitted to the Kediri Regency Government for follow-up.
“The aspirations of the community gathered in this recess activity are expected to become a consideration for development planning, so that the implementation of development can be right on target and in accordance with the aspirations and needs of the community,” said Sentot Djamaluddin.
With this policy on the recommendation of the community, it is hoped that development in Kediri Regency can be more targeted and the increase in the people’s economic welfare can be felt and increased. (mam)
