KEDIRI – Raperda Perubahan Tahun Anggaran 2020 Pemkab Kediri, akhirnya didok atau disetujui bersama oleh legislative dan ekskutif, dalam rapat paripurna di kantor DPRD Kabupaten Kediri, Senin (14/9/20). Paripurna persetujuan APBD Perubahan 2020, ini tergolong masih ‘istimewa’ karena masih dalam situasi pandemic covid-19. Sehingga rapat paripurna itu hanya dihadiri secara fisik oleh beberapa orang saja, antara lain dua Pimpinan DPRD, yaitu Ketua DPRD Dodi Purwanto, dan wakil ketua Sentot Djamaluddin, para Ketua Fraksi, para Ketua Komisi, Ketua Badan Kehormatan, dan Ketua Badan Pembentukan Perda. Sedangkan para Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Kediri lainnya, mengikuti rapat paripurna via video conference di rumah masing-masing.

Rapat paripurna ini, juga bersamaan dengan Penyerahan Laporan Kegiatan Komisi-Komisi dan Laporan Kegiatan Reses Masa Persidangan III Tahun Sidang 2019/2020. Bupati Kediri Hj. Harjanti Sutrisno hadir langsung di acara itu, didampingi sejumlah pejabat lain, antara lain Sekretaris Daerah, bersama Asisten, Kepala Bappeda, Kepala BPKAD, Kabag Hukum dan Inspektorat Kabupaten Kediri. Sedangkan para Kepala SKPD lainnya mengikuti rapat paripurna ini melalui video conference di ruang kerja kantor masing-masing SKPD.
Ketua DPRD Dodi Purwanto, menjelaskan disetujuinya Raperda perubahan anggaran 2020 ini, tepat waktu, sesuai jadwal, dan tidak molor. Pada prinsipnya, rapat paripurna itu DPRD Kabupaten Kediri telah sepakat dan menyetujui Raperda tentang Perubahan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2020, baik pada sisi Pendapatan maupun sisi Belanja dan Pembiayaan. Kedua, dari aspek legal formal maupun redaksional, Raperda tentang Perubahan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2020 telah layak dan memenuhi syarat untuk segera ditetapkan dan disetujui bersama. ”Setelah disetujui ini, akan ditindaklanjuti dengan proses evaluasi Gubernur Jawa Timurm” terang Dodi. The 2020 Budget Change, Agreed are on Time
KEDIRI – Raperda on the budget change the 2020 Fiscal Year of the Kediri Regency Government, was finally drafted or approved jointly by the legislature and executives, in a plenary meeting at the Kediri Regency DPRD office, Monday (14/9/20). Plenary approval of the 2020 Revised APBD, this is still classified as ‘special’ because it is still in a covid-19 pandemic situation. So that the plenary meeting was physically attended by only a few people, including two DPRD leaders, namely DPRD Chairman Dodi Purwanto, and deputy chairman of Sentot Djamaluddin, Faction Chairmen, Commission Chairpersons, Honorary Council Chairpersons, and Regional Regulation Formation Bodies. Meanwhile, other members of the Kediri Regency DPRD, attended the plenary meeting via video conference in their respective homes.
This plenary meeting, also coincided with the Submission of Commission Activity Reports and Recess Activity Reports for Trial Period III for the 2019/2020 Session Year. Regent of Kediri Hj. Harjanti Sutrisno was directly present at the event, accompanied by a number of other officials, including the Regional Secretary, along with the Assistant, Head of Bappeda, Head of BPKAD, Head of Law and Inspectorate of Kediri Regency. Meanwhile, the other SKPD Heads attended this plenary meeting via video conference in the office workspaces of each SKPD.
Chairman of the DPRD, Dodi Purwanto, explained that the approval of the Raperda for the 2020 budget changes was on time, on schedule, and did not delay. In principle, the plenary session of the Kediri Regency DPRD has agreed and approved the Raperda on Amendments to the 2020 Budget for the Fiscal Year, both on the income side and the expenditure and financing side. Second, from the legal, formal and editorial aspects, the Raperda on Amendments to the 2020 Fiscal Year APBD is feasible and meets the requirements to be immediately stipulated and approved together. “After this approval, it will be followed up with an evaluation process for the Governor of East Java,” explained Dodi.
