KEDIRI – PT. Gudang Garam Tbk tidak akan membagikan deviden yang diraih perseroan selama 2019, deviden itu dimasukkan sebagai saldo laba untuk modal kerja. Kepastian tidak membagikan deviden itu, sudah diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) pada Jumat, (28/8/20) di Hotel Grand Surya, Jl. Doho Kediri. “Menyetujui penetapan penggunaan laba tahun buku 2019 seluruhnya dimasukkan akun saldo laba dan akan digunakan untuk menambah modal kerja. Sehingga perseroan tidak membagikan deviden kepada pemegang saham perseroan,” demikian salah satu bunyi rilis hasil RUPS yang didapatkan Kediripost.co.id
Berdasarkan data yang dilansir tempo.co, pada 2019 GG berhasil mencetak pertumbuhan laba 39,64 persen menjadi Rp 10,88 triliun dari Rp 7,79 triliun. Pertumbuhan laba ini disumbang oleh kenaikan pendapatan pada tahun 2019 menjadi Rp 110,52 triliun, naik 15,48 persen dibanding tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp 95,71 triliun.
Pada RUPST tersebut juga menghasilkan beberapa keputusan lain, seperti menyetuhui pengangkatan para anggota dewan komisaris dan direksI parseroan, dengan Presiden Komisaris tetap dijabat oleh Juni Setiawati Wonowidjojo dan Komisaris I Lucas Mulia Suhardja. Komisaris lndependen Frank Willem van Gelder dan Gotama Hengdratsonata.
Presiden direktur juga tetap dipegang Susilo Wonowidjojo, dengan jajaran direktur Haru Budiman, Harry Susianto, Istata Taswin Siddharta, Susanto Widiatmoka, Andik Wahyudi, Hamdhany Halim, dan Direktur lndependen Sony Sasono Rahmadi.
Pada poin berikutnya, RUPS juga menyetujui penetapan gaji dan/atau tunjangan para anggota dewan komisaris untuk jangka waktu lima tahun atau sampai dengan ditutupnya RUPS tahunan yang kelima, dengan ketentuan presiden komiseris sebesar maksimum 40 persen dari gaji dan tunjangan presiden diraktur dan komIsaris sebesar maksimum 20 persen dari gaji dan tunjangan presiden Direktur.(bad/mam)
GG Profit of IDR 10 Trillion, Entering Working Capital
KEDIRI – PT. Gudang Garam Tbk will not distribute the dividends the company has received during 2019, the dividends are included as retained earnings for working capital. The certainty for not distributing dividends was decided at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on Friday (28/8/20) at Hotel Grand Surya, Jl. Doho Kediri. “Approved the determination of the use of profit for the 2019 financial year, all of which are included in the retained earnings account and will be used to increase working capital. Based on data reported by Tempo.co, in 2019 GG managed to score a profit growth of 39.64 percent to IDR 10.88 trillion from IDR 7.79 trillion. This profit growth was contributed by the increase in revenue in 2019 to Rp. 110.52 trillion, up 15.48 percent compared to the previous year of Rp. 95.71 trillion.
The AGMS also produced several other decisions, such as approving the appointment of members of the board of commissioners and directors of the company, with the President Commissioner still being held by Juni Setiawati Wonowidjojo and Commissioner I Lucas Mulia Suhardja.
