KEDIRI – Imigrasi Kediri, kini sedang berusaha mengembangkan program eazy pasport, untuk peningkatan layanan masyarakat dengan cara jemput bola, khususnya pembuatan pasport kolektif. Melalui program eazy pasport ini, masyarakat yang ingin mendapatkan paspor tidak perlu datang ke kantor imigrasi, karena petugas imigrasi akan datang ke lokasi untuk proses wawancara dan pengambilan foto.
“Kami mengajak komunitas, kelompok, organisasi, instansi pemerintah dan perusahaan untuk berpartisipasi dalam mengajukan paspor secara kolektif melalui eazy Passport. Petugas akan datang dan melakukan pengambilan foto dan wawancara di lokasi yang diinginkan,’ujar Kepala Kantor Imigrasi Kediri, Erdiansyah Iqbal Rifai, saat acara temu wartawan di kantor imigrasi, Kamis (10/9/20).
Erdiansyah menjelaskan, Kantor Imigrasi Kediri juga sedang berupaya membangun zona integritas menuju wilayah bebas korupsi. Kantor lmigrasi Kediri berupaya memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat dengan memastikan seluruh pelayanan tanpa ada pungli, grafitikasi serta diskriminasi. “Untuk mendukung itu, kantor imigrasi Kabupaten Kediri melakukan berbagai upaya , antara lain memberikan pelayanan prioritas untuk penyandang disabilitas, lanjut usia, balita dan ibu hamil,”tandasnya.
Pada acara ngobrol bareng wartawan itu, Imigrasi meminta dukungan awak media untuk mengawal sejumlah program Imigrasi dalam melayani masyarakat, agar bisa berjalan secara maksimal. (sul)
Eazy Pasport, Immigration Pickup Ball
KEDIRI – Kediri Immigration, is currently trying to develop an eazy passport program, to improve community services by way of picking up balls, especially making collective passports. Through this eazy passport program, people who want to get a passport do not need to come to the immigration office, because immigration officers will come to the location to process interviews and take photos. “We invite communities, groups, organizations, government agencies and companies to participate in applying for passports collectively through eazy Passport. Officers will come and take photos and interviews at the desired location,” said Head of Kediri Immigration Office, Erdiansyah Iqbal Rifai, when reporters meeting at the immigration office, Thursday (10/9/20).
Erdiansyah explained that the Kediri Immigration Office was also working to build an integrity zone towards a corruption-free area. The Kediri Immigration Office strives to provide the best service to the community by ensuring that all services are free of extortion, graphics and discrimination. “To support that, the Kediri Regency immigration office has made various efforts, including providing priority services for persons with disabilities, elderly people, toddlers and pregnant women,” he said.
At the chat with reporters, Immigration asked the media crew for support to oversee a number of Immigration programs in serving the community, so that they can run optimally. (sul)
