Pemberkasan Selesai, Segera Tahap 2
KEDIRI – Kasus dugaan penyimpangan keuangan atau dugaan korupsi di Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Kota Kediri, ada kemungkinan tersangkanya terlokalisir di marketing atau Account Officer (AO) dan kreditur. Sementara, para pejabat di atasnya, seperti Kepala Seksi (Kasi), Kepala Bagian (Kabag), dan Direksi, masih bisa santai, karena mereka masih sekadar sebagai saksi atau masih lolos dari jerat hukum. Belum jelas, apakah mereka akan menjadi tersangka atau tidak.

Kasi Intel Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Kediri, Zalmianto Agung Putra SH, saat dikonfirmasi perkembangan kasus BPR Kota Kediri, menjelaskan pemberkasan kasus BPR Kota Kediri, sudah selesai, tinggal melanjutkan ke tahap dua, yaitu penyerahan berkas dan barang bukti ke Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU). “Rencananya, dalam minggu ini mau tahap 2,”ujar Zalmianto.
Saat ditanya apakah sudah ada tersangka lain, selain dua orang tersangka sebelumnya, yaitu AO dan Debitur? Zalmianto mengatakan Belum ada pengembangan tersangka lagi. “Masih fokus untuk pelimpahan dua tersangka itu,”katanya.
Seperti diberitakan, salah satu kredit jumbo yang macet di BPR Kota Kediri senilai Rp 600 juta, disidik oleh Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kota Kediri. Dua orang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, yaitu Indra Haryono, marketing lapangan atau AO BPR Kota Kediri dan Ida Riyani, debitur. Proses kredit itu diduga banyak permainan akal – akalan data, sehingga bisa cair hingga Rp 600 juta.
Sementara itu, informasi yang dikumpulkan kediripost, di BPR Kota Kediri sebenarnya ada Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terkait pencairan kredit. Untuk pengajuan kredit di atas Rp 35 juta, harus dalam persetujuan kepala seksi (Kasi), Kepala Bagian (Kabag), dan Direktur. Sehingga, hampir tidak mungkin dalam pengucuran kredit Rp 600 juta ke Ida Riyani, hanya melibatkan AO seorang saja.
Sebelumnya, mantan Direktur BPR Kota Kediri, Sugiyanto, saat ditemui kediripost juga tidak bersedia memberikan keterangan terkait kasus BPR Kota Kediri yang disidik Kejari, yang terjadi pada masa kepemimpinannya itu. Dia dilarang untuk member keterangan, karena masalah di BPR Kota Kediri sudah diurus oleh Pemkot. (mam)

Kasi Intel at the Kediri City District Prosecutor’s Office, Zalmianto Agung Putra SH, when confirmed the development of the Kediri City BPR case, explained that the filing of the Kediri City BPR case had been completed, it was only necessary to proceed to stage two, namely submitting files and evidence to the Public Prosecutor (JPU). “The plan is that this week we want stage 2,” said Zalmianto.
When asked if there were other suspects, apart from the two previous suspects, namely AO and Debtor? Zalmianto said there had been no further suspect development. “Still focused on the transfer of the two suspects,” he said.
As reported, one of the jumbo loans that got stuck at the BPR Kota Kediri worth Rp. 600 million was investigated by the Kediri City District Attorney (Kejari). Two people were named as suspects, namely Indra Haryono, field marketing or AO BPR Kota Kediri and Ida Riyani, a debtor. The credit process is thought to have played a lot of tricks on data, so that it could be disbursed up to Rp. 600 million.
