KEDIRI – Memasuki tahapan pencocokan dan penelitian (Coklit) terhadap para calon pemilih pada Pilkada, 9 Desember 2020, mendatang, KPU Kabupaten Kediri melakukan coklit ke beberapa tokoh dan artis di Kabupaten Kediri, antara lain Ketua PCNU KH. Ahmad Makmun di Desa Ploso, Mojo, Ketua DPRD Dodik Purwanto, di Desa Wonoasri, Grogol, dan artis penyanyi Sami’an alias Brodin di Desa Branggahan, Ngadiluwih. “ Coklit dilakukan secara serentak se-Kabupaten Kediri. Para tokoh Kediri sengaja kita datangi untuk coklit awal. Kita langsung datang ke rumah mereka,”ujar Nanang Qosim, Divisi Sosialisasi sekaligus Humas KPU Kabupaten Kediri, ditemui di ruang kerjanya, Sabtu, 18 Juli 2020.

Sementara itu, Ninik Sumarni, ketua KPU Kabupaten Kediri menjelaskan, ada sekitar 1.3 juta data calon pemilih yang dilakukan coklit secara serentak untuk memastikan hak pilih mereka pada Pilkada 9 Desember mendatang yang dilakukan oleh Petugas Pemutakhiran Data Pemilih (PPDP). Mereka bertugas mengecek data potensial pemilih yang sudah diterima KPU Kabupaten Kediri. “Mereka semua dilengkapi dengan atribut yang dibutuhkan sesuai standar protokol kesehatan,”ujar Ninik.
Menurut Ninik, para petugas PPDP ini sudah dites kesehatan dan mereka dinyatakan sehat. Sebelum ditetapkan sebagai petugas PPDP, mereka diwajibkan melakukan tes rapid untuk menjamin kesehatan mereka agar masyarakat tidak takut saat petugas coklit datang. “Semua petugas PPDP sudah dinyatakan sehat,”tandasnya.
Ninik mengakui, sebelumnya sempat ditemukan 11 orang calon petugas PPDP yang diketahui reaktif saat rapid test, namun mereka segera diganti sebelum mendapatkan SK, guna menghindari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. “Ini untuk menghindari agar masyarakat tidak takut saat didatangi petugas PPDP,”tambah Ninik. Meanwhile, Ninik Sumarni, chairman of the KPU of Kediri Regency, explained that there were around 1.3 million candidate voters’ data which were carried out simultaneously to ensure their voting rights in the upcoming December 9 Regional Election conducted by the Voter Data Updating Officer (PPDP). They are tasked with checking potential voter data that has been received by the KPU of Kediri Regency. “They are all equipped with the required attributes according to health protocol standards,” Ninik said.
According to Ninik, the PPDP officers were already tested for health and they were declared healthy. Before being appointed as PPDP officers, they are required to conduct rapid tests to ensure their health so that the community is not afraid when the cocklit officers come. “All PPDP officers have been declared healthy,” he said.
Ninik admitted, previously had been found 11 candidates for PPDP officers who were known to be reactive during a rapid test, but they were immediately replaced before getting a decree, in order to avoid things that are not desirable. “This is to prevent the public from being afraid when being visited by PPDP officers,” added Ninik.
