KEDIRI – DPRD Kabupaten Kediri menggelar rapat paripurna penetapan pasangan calon bupati dan wakil bupati terpilih, Selasa (26/1/2021) di Ruang Graha Sabha Chandha Bhirawa, hari Selasa,26 Januari 2021 dan pengumuman Berakhirnya Masa Jabatan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Masa Jabatan 2016-2021.
RAPAT PARIPURNA : DPRD Kabupaten Kediri menggelar rapat paripurna pengumuman berakhirnya masa jabatan Bypati / Wakil Bupati Kediri 2016-2021 dan penetapan Bupati / Wakil Bupati terpilih hasil Pilkada Serentak 2020
Mengingat kondisi pandemi covid-19, maka rapat paripurna dilaksanakan secara terbatas dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan pencegahan covid-19 yang ketat, yaitu hanya dihadiri secara fisik langsung oleh Pimpinan DPRD, para Ketua Fraksi, para Ketua Komisi, Ketua Badan Kehormatan dan Ketua Badan Pembentukan Perda. Sedangkan para anggota DPRD Kabupaten Kediri lainnya mengikuti rapat paripurna via video conference di ruangan fraksi masing-masing.
Rapat Paripurna kali ini dipimpin oleh Dodi Purwanto, Ketua DPRD, didampingi oleh para Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Kediri. Sedangkan dari Pemkab Kediri dihadiri oleh Wakil Bupati Kediri Drs. H. Masykuri, MM didampingi oleh Sekretaris Daerah, bersama Asisten, Kepala Bappeda, Kepala BPKAD, Kabag Hukum dan Inspektorat. Sedangkan Forkopimda, Ketua KPU, Ketua Bawaslu serta para Kepala SKPD lainnya mengikuti rapat paripurna ini melalui video conference di ruang kerja kantor masing-masing.
Berdasarkan pasal 78 dan 79 Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 bahwa Pemberhentian kepala daerah dan/atau wakil kepala daerah karena berakhir masa jabatannya, diumumkan oleh Pimpinan DPRD dalam Rapat Paripurna DPRD. Selanjutnya, Pimpinan DPRD akan mengajukan Usul Pengesahan Pemberhentian Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kediri Masa Jabatan 2016-2021 tersebut kepada Menteri Dalam Negeri melalui Gubernur Jawa Timur guna mendapatkan penetapan pengesahan pemberhentian.
Berdasarkan ketentuanPasal 160 ayat (3) Undang-Undang Nomor 10Tahun 2016, serta menindaklanjuti Keputusan KPU Kabupaten Kediri tanggal 22 Januari 2021 Nomor: 21 / PL.02.7-Kpt / 3506 / KPU-Kab / I / 2021 tentang Penetapan Pasangan Calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Terpilih Dalam Pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kediri Tahun 2020, yang disampaikan Ketua KPU Kabupaten Kediri kepada Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Kediri melalui Surat KPU tanggal 23 Januari 2021 perihal Penyampaian SK Penetapan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kediri Hasil Pemilihan Serentak Tahun 2020, maka melalui Rapat Paripurna ini, Pimpinan DPRD Kabupaten Kediri mengumumkan Hasil Penetapan Pasangan Calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kediri Terpilih Hasil Pilkada Serentak Tahun 2020, yaitu Hanindhito Himawan Pramana sebagai Bupati Kediri, dan Dewi Mariya Ulfa sebagai Wakil Bupati Kediri. Untuk selanjutnya, Pimpinan DPRD akan mengusulkan Pengangkatan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kediri tersebut kepada Menteri Dalam Negeri melalui Gubernur Jawa Timur sebagai wakil Pemerintah Pusat untuk mendapatkan pengesahan pengangkatan.
Sebelum menutup rapat paripurna, Pimpinan DPRD menyampaikan terima kasih dan penghargaan yang setinggi-tingginya kepada Saudari Bupati Kediri, Ibu dr. Hj. Haryanti Sutrisno dan Wakil Bupati Kediri, Drs. H. Masykuri, MM., atas pengabdiannya selama ini kepada daerah dan masyarakat Kabupaten Kediri. (mam)
DPRD Holds Plenary Determination of the 2020 Elected Pair of Regent and Deputy Regent of Kediri
KEDIRI – Kediri Regency DPRD held a plenary meeting to determine the candidates for regent and deputy regent elected, Tuesday (26/1/2021) in the Graha Sabha Chandha Bhirawa Room, Tuesday, January 26, 2021 and the announcement of the End of Term of Office for Regent and Deputy Regent of Office 2016 -2021.
Given the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, the plenary session was held on a limited basis by adhering to strict covid-19 prevention health protocols, which was attended only physically directly by DPRD Leaders, Faction Chairmen, Commission Chairpersons, Head of the Honorary Board and Chair of the Regional Regulation Formation Body . Meanwhile, the other members of the Kediri Regency DPRD attended the plenary meeting via video conference in the rooms of their respective factions.
The Plenary Meeting this time was chaired by Dodi Purwanto, Chairman of the DPRD, accompanied by Deputy Chairmen of the DPRD Kediri Regency. Meanwhile, the Kediri Regency Government was attended by the Deputy Regent of Kediri, Drs. H. Masykuri, MM accompanied by the Regional Secretary, along with Assistants, Head of Bappeda, Head of BPKAD, Head of Law and Inspectorate. Meanwhile, Forkopimda, Head of KPU, Head of Bawaslu and other SKPD Heads attended this plenary meeting via video conferencing in their respective offices.
Based on articles 78 and 79 of Law Number 23 of 2014, that the dismissal of regional heads and / or deputy regional heads due to the end of their term of office is announced by the DPRD Leadership in the DPRD Plenary Session. Furthermore, the DPRD Leadership will submit a Proposal for Endorsement of the 2016-2021 Regent and Deputy Regent of Kediri to the Minister of Home Affairs through the Governor of East Java in order to obtain a ratification of the dismissal.
Based on the provisions of Article 160 paragraph (3) of Law Number 10 Year 2016, as well as following up on the KPU Decree of Kediri Regency dated January 22, 2021 Number: 21 / PL.02.7-Kpt / 3506 / KPU-Kab / I / 2021 concerning the Determination of Candidate Pairs for Regent and Deputy Elected Regent in the Election of the Regent and Deputy Regent of Kediri in 2020, which was conveyed by the Chairperson of the KPU of Kediri Regency to the Chairperson of the Kediri Regency DPRD through a KPU Letter dated January 23, 2021 regarding the Submission of Decree on the Determination of the Regent and Deputy Regent of Kediri Results of the 2020 Concurrent Election , Kediri Regency DPRD Leadership announced the Result of the Determination of the Elected Candidate Pair for Regent and Deputy Regent of Kediri for the 2020 Regional Election Results, namely Hanindhito Himawan Pramana as Regent of Kediri, and Dewi Mariya Ulfa as Deputy Regent of Kediri. Henceforth, the DPRD Leadership will propose the Appointment of the Regent and Deputy Regent of Kediri to the Minister of Home Affairs through the Governor of East Java as the representative of the Central Government to obtain the appointment approval.
