Hajatan besar sensus penduduk, segera dilakukan pada 2020 ini, Mulai pertengahan 15 Februari sampai 31 Maret 2020, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) akan melakukan sensus penduduk melalui online . Strategi baru di tengah maraknya pengguna android di Indonesia.
Pada Sensus Penduduk 2020 ini, BPS menggunakan tiga prinsip dasar yang dikenal dengan sebutan ABC yaitu “accurate” (akurat) sehingga dapat dijadikan “benchmark” (tolokukur) karena memiliki cakupan yang “comprehensive” (menyeluruh).
Berbeda dengan Sensus Penduduk 2010 lalu, Sensus Penduduk 2020 (SP2020) mendatang, BPS dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan combined method, yaitu selain menggunakan Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI), Computer Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI), Pencil and Paper Interviewing (PAPI), juga menggunakan NIK ( Nomor Induk Kependudukan) yang dikeluarkan Ditjen Dukcapil, untuk mengintegrasikan data-data kependudukan
Sensus online menggunakan Computer Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI), ini, merupakan yang pertama dilakukan dalam sensus penduduk . Ada beberapa alasan mengapa sistem ini dilakukan. Pertama, mengurangi biaya. Kedua, pengguna internet dan gadget di Indonesia sangat besar. Ketiga, banyaknya perubahan komunitas di masyarakat yang sulit terjangkau, Ke empat, sulitnya pencacahan langsung karena meningkatnya mobilitas penduduk, dan sebagainya.
Melalui Sensus penduduk sistem online, masyarakat dapat mengisi datanya sendiri dengan mudah melalui link https://sensus.bps.go.id. Sehingga penduduk yang memiliki mobilitas tinggi dapat mengupdate data sendiri dimanapun dan kapanpun. Dalam konteks SP ini, BPS menjamin kerahasiaan data penduduk . Sehingga tidak perlu ada kekhawatiran masyarakat untuk memberikan data dirinya . Untuk itu, SP 2020 butuh dukungan semua pihak.
Sensus Penduduk 2020 menjadi momen penting karenapada 2020–2035 Indonesia diprediksi akan mengalami masa bonus demografi, yaitu jumlah penduduk usia produktif diproyeksi berada pada grafik tertinggi. So that residents who have high mobility can update their own data wherever and whenever. In the context of this SP, BPS guarantees the confidentiality of population data. So that there is no need for public concern to provide personal data. For that, SP 2020 needs the support of all parties.
The 2020 Population Census is an important moment because in 2020–2035 Indonesia is predicted to experience a demographic bonus period, where the number of productive age population is projected to be at the highest graph.
