KEDIRI – Pelayanan kesehatan, menjadi salah satu yang sangat penting untuk masyarakat. Sehingga Kabupaten Kediri terus berusaha melakukan pembenahan untuk peningkatan layanan kesehatan masyarakat secara maksimal.
Berkaitan dengan peningkatan layanan ini, Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri melalui RSUD Kabupaten Kediri (RSKK) menggelar Sosialisasi Permendagri 79 tahun 2018 tentang Badan Layanan Umum Daerah RSUD Kabupaten Kediri. Acara tersebut digelar di Ruang Jayabaya Pemkab Kediri, Senin (10/2/20) dengan tema “Pemantapan dan Implementasi BLUD RSUD Kabupaten Kediri”.
Hadir pada acara itu antara lain, dari Inspektorat, Bappeda, BPKAD, Dinas Kominfo, Dinas Kesehatan, BKD, Dewan Pengawas, Bag. Organisasi, Bagian Hukum, RSUD Kabupaten Kediri dan RSUD SLG.
Direktur Utama RSUD Kabupaten Kediri Dr. dr. Ibnu Gunawan, MM. dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa RSUD Kabupaten Kediri telah ditetapkan sebagai PPK BLUD berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Bupati Nomor 188.45/344/418.32/2010. “Dengan terbitnya Permendagri Nomor 79 tahun 2018, maka implementasi RSUD Kabupaten Kediri perlu dimantapkan agar dapat memenuhi apa yang diisyaratkan dalam Permendagri tersebut,”ujar Ibnu Gunawan.
Ibnu Gunawan menjelaskan, kegiatan ini untuk merefresh dan menyamakan persepsi antara RSUD Kabupaten Kediri dengan semua stakeholder dan Satuan Kerja (Satker( terkait agar pelaksanaan BLUD RSUD Kabupaten Kediri dapat berjalan sebagaimana ketentuan yang berlaku.
Sementara itu, Dede Sujana, Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Kediri, yang membuka acara tersebut, menyampaikan agar dua rumah sakit di bawah naungan Pemkab Kediri, yaitu RSUD Kediri dan RSUD SLG, sebagai lembaga pelayanan publik, harus memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik ke masyarakat. “Kita mengharapkan dengan adanya 2 RSUD ini pelayanan kesehatan semakin baik, bisa lebih efektif dan efisien. Kekurangan yang ada harus dapat segera diperbaiki,” terangnya.
Pada acara tersebut menghadirkan dua nara sumber yaitu Widodo J. Pujirahardjo, Konsultan dari FKM Unair Surabaya dan Drs. Widartoyo sebagai Konsultan Keuangan/Akuntan Publik Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Unair.
“Saya lihat teman-teman yang ada di RSUD Kabupaten Kediri ini sangat semangat untuk sesegera mungkin menata BLUD. Pesan saya, mereka harus segera membuat rencana kerja yang baik, ada target dan penjadwalan, terutama yang paling penting adalah menyelesaikan beberapa payung hukum untuk bisa menerapkan status BLUD secara penuh,” kata Widodo (adv/bad)
Kediri is close to improving health services

In connection with improving this service, the Government of Kediri Regency through the District Hospital of Kediri (RSKK) held a Socialization Permendagri 79 of 2018 about the Regional Public Service Agency of the District Hospital of Kediri. The event was held in the Jayabaya Room of the Kediri Regency Government, Monday (10/02/20) with the theme “Consolidation and Implementation of the Kediri District Public Hospital BLUD”.
Present at the event included the Inspectorate, Bappeda, BPKAD, the Office of Communication and Information, the Office of Health, BKD, the Board of Trustees, Part. Organization, Legal Department, Kediri District Hospital and SLG District Hospital.
Chief Director of Kediri Regency Hospital Dr. dr. Ibnu Gunawan, MM. in his remarks conveyed that the Kediri District Hospital was determined as PPK BLUD based on the Regent’s Decree Number 188.45 / 344 / 418.32 / 2010. “With the issuance of Permendagri Number 79 of 2018, the implementation of the Kediri District Hospital needs to be strengthened in order to meet the requirements of the Permendagri,” said Ibnu Gunawan.
Ibnu Gunawan explained that this activity was to refresh and equate perceptions between the Kediri District Hospital and all stakeholders and the Work Unit (Satker (related to the implementation of the Kediri District Hospital BLUD to be carried out according to applicable regulations.
Meanwhile, Dede Sujana, Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Kediri Regency, who opened the event, said that two hospitals under the auspices of the District Government of Kediri, namely Kediri Regional Hospital and Regional General Hospital, as public service institutions, should provide better services to the community. . “We hope that with these 2 hospitals there will be better, more effective and efficient health services. The existing shortcomings must be immediately corrected,” he explained.
The event presented two resource persons namely Widodo J. Pujirahardjo, Consultant from FKM Airlangga University Surabaya and Drs. Widartoyo as a Financial Consultant / Public Accountant at the Airlangga University Business Economics.
“I see that the friends at the Kediri District Hospital are very enthusiastic to arrange the BLUD as soon as possible.
