KEDIRI – Teka-teki tentang hibah ke seluruh ketua RT di Kota Kediri, bukan dana Prodamas, hingga kini belum jelas. Bukan hanya yang anggaran 2020, tapi hibah ke seluruh ketua RT juga muncul di 2019. Tetapi para ketua RT yang ditemui kediripost.co.id mengaku sama sekali tidak pernah mengetahui soal hibah itu dan tidak pernah menerima, baik berupa barang maupun uang. “Gak pernah ada. Tidak pernah menerima,”ujar Mad, salah satu ketua RT di Kelurahan Tamanan.
Mad, justru merasa bingung ketika ditunjukkan data APBD perubahan 2019 yang mencantumkan para hibah untuk para ketua RT. “Seharusnya kalau 2019 kan sudah cair, wong ini sudah akhir tahun,”tandasnya.
Dia juga mengaku bingung tentang besaran hibah ke para ketua RT itu, karena nilainya berbeda-beda, ada yang sangat kecil, Rp 250.000 yaitu ketua RT 23/RW V Kelurahan Campurejo. Ada yang Rp 500.000 yaitu ketua RT 42/RW XI Kelurahan Mojoroto. Sedangkan yang nilai yang besar misalnya ketua RT 02/RW V Kelurahan Lirboyo Rp 26.000.000, ketua RT 04/RW II Kelurahan Tamanan Rp 28.405.000. “Lha iya… nilainya kok ya beda-beda. Kira-kira alasannya apa?,”kata Mad, dengan nada tanya.
Dodo, salah satu pengurus RT di Kelurahan Ketami, juga mengaku heran dengan data para ketua RT menerima hibah itu. Ketika ada info itu, dia segera menanyakatidak ke ketua RT-nya yang lama dan yang baru. Tapi sama-sama mengaku bingung, tidak tahu, dan tidak pernah menerima hibah sebagai ketua RT. “Gak ada yang tahu mas. Kalau nilainya berbeda-beda begitu, rasanya kalau itu insentif bulanan ketua RT kok ya gak mungkin. Sama-sama ketua RT masak nilai beda? kalau program bersama di RW, yo tidak ada itu,”kata Dodo.
Sementara itu, Kabag Humas Pemkot Apip Permana mengaku masih akan mencarikan informasi terkait masalah itu. “Nanti saja ketemu langsung sama Pak Bagus (Ketua BPPKAD,red). Nanti saya fasilitasi, insya Allah minggu depan,”katanya. (mam)
