KEDIRI – Tersangka kasus dugaan penyalahgunaan narkoba jenis Sabu-Sabu, Bayu Trigunarso dan M. Khozinatul Asrori, dilimpahkan tahap II ke Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kabupaten Kediri oleh Satnarkorba Polres Kediri, Senin (7/6/2021) melalui Jaksa Penuntut Umum Ferry Dewantoro Nugroho, S.H. Penerimaan pelimpahan itu, dilakukan melalui virtual, baik penyerahan tersangka maupun barang bukti.

Roni SH, Kasi Intel Kejari Kediri, menjelaskan tersangka Bayu Trigunarso Als Cuyek, 34 tahun, asal Jl. Bengkok, Pare, itu merupakan residivis kasus narkoba. Dia dijerat dengan UU penyalahgunaan narkotika dengan bukti sabu-sabu 8 plastik klip dengan berat keseluruhan 5,54 gram dan berat bersih 4,74 gram, 1 buah HP, “Tersangka diduga melanggar Pasal 114 ayat (1) san Pasal 112 ayat (1) UU Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika,”jelas Roni.
Sedangkan tersangka M. Khozinal Asrori, 26 tahun, asal Dusun Sumberejo, Kecamatan Badas diduga melakukan tindak pidana penyalahgunaan narkotika dengan menyimpan narkotika jenis sabu-sabu dalam 2 plastik klip dengan berat keseluruhan 0,53 gram. “Keduanya ditahan oleh Kejaksaan selama 20 hari pada tahap penuntutan dan dititipkan di rutan Polres Kediri,”tandasnya.
Menurut Roni, kejaksaan akan segera melimpahkan berkas dua tersangka itu ke Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Kabupaten Kediri, untuk menunggu penetapan jadwal sidang. (mam)
2 SS Suspects Delegated to Prosecutor
KEDIRI – The suspects in the alleged abuse of methamphetamine, Bayu Trigunarso and M. Khozinatul Asrori, were transferred to the Kediri District Attorney’s Office (Kejari) by the Kediri Police Satnarkorba, Monday (7/6/2021) through Public Prosecutor Ferry Dewantoro. Roni SH, Head of Intel Kejari Kediri, explained that the suspect is Bayu Trigunarso Als Cuyek, 34 years old, from Jl. Crooked, Pare, it is a drug case recidivist. He was charged with the narcotics abuse law with evidence of 8 plastic clips of methamphetamine with a total weight of 5.54 grams and a net weight of 4.74 grams, 1 cellphone. “The suspect is suspected of violating Article 114 paragraph (1) and Article 112 paragraph (1). Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics,” explained Roni.
Meanwhile, the suspect, M. Khozinal Asrori, 26 years old, from Sumberejo Hamlet, Badas Subdistrict, is suspected of committing a crime of narcotics abuse by storing shabu-shabu in 2 plastic clips with a total weight of 0.53 grams. “Both were detained by the Prosecutor’s Office for 20 days at the prosecution stage and deposited in the Kediri Police Rutan,” he said.
According to Roni, the prosecutor’s office will immediately transfer the files of the two suspects to the Kediri District Court (PN), to await the determination of the trial schedule. (mam)
