KEDIRI- Pertumbuhan anggota koperasi wanita di Kota Kediri cukup menggembirakan. Hingga saat ini, Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, dan Tenaga Kerja (UMTK) Kota Kediri mencatat ada sekitar 6.000 anggota aktif koperasi wanita (Kopwan) di 3 kecamatan. Mereka tergabung di 60 unit Kopwan dan 16 unit koperasi syariah, sebagian besar unit usahanya adalah simpan pinjam. “Untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan koperasi, kami memfasilitasi uji kompetensi gratis untuk para pengurus. Selain untuk melengkapi syarat berdirinya koperasi, kami berharap diklat ini bisa lebih mengembangkan pengelolaan koperasi. Mengingat, salah satu syarat berdirinya koperasi, harus ada pengurus yang memiliki sertifikat kompetensi,” kata Bagus Alit, Plt. Kepala Dinkop UMTK Kota Kediri (3/11/2020).
Sejumlah 50 orang pengurus dari 50 koperasi mengikuti Diklat SKKNI (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional indonesia) selama 5 hari, di kantor Dinkop UMTK Kota Kediri . Mereka dibagi menjadi 2 angkatan. Angkatan I sejumlah 25 orang dari Koperasi karyawan, koperasi TNI/Polri, KSP, dan KSU pada tanggal 26-28 Oktober 2020. Angkatan II khusus kopwan sejumlah 25 orang yang dilaksanakan pada 2-4 Nopember 2020. “ Selama 3 hari mereka diberi materi dan 2 hari ujian untuk mendapatkan sertifikat kompetensi. Saat ini kita hanya melaksanakan diklatnya dulu, untuk ujian direcanakan tahun 2021,” tambah Bagus.
Koperasi wanita di Kota Kediri mayoritas bergerak di simpan pinjam. Para anggotanya merasa sangat terbantu dengan adanya koperasi ini. Sebab bisa menndapat pinjaman ketika membutuhkan uang dan keuntungan koperasi akan kembali pada anggotanya.
Sementara itu, Sri Utami, salah seorang pengurus Kopwan Puspita Kencana, Banjaran, mengaku sangat senang dengan adanya Diklat ini. Mayoritas anggota koperasinya adalah ibu-ibu yang punya usaha. “Mereka kadang butuh modal untuk mengembangkan usahanya, koperasi hadir untuk member pinjaman, agar mereka terbebas dari rentenir,” kata Sri Utami. Women’s Cooperative Competency Test
