TIDAK BUKA PENDAFTARAN : Nafis Kurtubi, Ketua DPD Partai Nasdem Kota Kediri
Boleh Diisi Maksimal 18 Bulan Sebelum Habis Masa Jabatan
KEDIRI – Partai Nasdem Kota Kediri memastikan tidak akan membuka pendaftaran Calon Wakil Walikota (Wawali) terkait lowongnya jabatan Wawali yang ditinggalkan (alm) Hj. Lilik Muhibbah alias Ning Lik. Karena Nasdem merasa banyak kadernya sendiri yang dinilai memiliki kapasitas dan layak menjadi Wawali. “Banyak kader kita yang layak,”ujar Nafis Kurtubi, ketua DPD Partai Nasdem Kota Kediri.
Menurut Nafis, meski DPRD Kota Kediri sudah membentuk Pansus tata tertib pemilihan, Nasdem dan PAN sebagai partai pengusung, belum pernah melakukan pertemuan secara formal untuk membicarakan soal pengisian Wawali. Meski demikian, komunikasi non formal sering dilakukan antarpengurus. “Secara formal belum pernah bertemu. Jadi belum punya rencana apapun. Kalau DPRD kan memang harus menyiapkan perangkatnya. Kalau pengajuan, sudah ada tatatertibnya kan mudah. Kalau tidak ada pengajuan calon Wawali ya tidak apa-apa,”jelas Nafis.
Terkait munculnya sejumlah nama yang disebut-sebut sebagai kandidat calon Wawali, seperti Agus Puji Hadi, Reza Darmawan, Ahmad Muqtadir, dan sebagainya, Nafis tidak ada masalah karena memang yang layak jadi Wawali banyak. “Tapi selama ini belum ada satu pun yang secara serius melakukan lobi-lobi politik,”tandasnya.
Nafis menjelaskan, dalam aturannya Wawali harus diisi maksimal 18 bulan sebelum masa jabatan berakhir. Jika masa jabatan kurang dari 17 bulan, sudah tidak boleh diisi. “Di Jakarta, Wakil Gubernur baru diisi setelah masa jabatan tinggal 18 bulan lebih satu mingguan. Di Tulungagung, Wakil Bupati sampai sekarang juga belum diisi. Tidak perlu terlalu tergesa-gesa juga,”tambah Nafis.
Meski demikian, Nafis Juga mengaku belum mengetahui pasti apakah Wawali Kediri nanti akan diisi atau tidak. Masih akan melihat perkembangan dan kebijakan dari DPW dan DPP masing-masing partai pengusung. (mam)
Nasdem Not Open Registration for Vice Mayor
KEDIRI – Kediri City Nasdem Party ensured that it would not open the registration of the Deputy Mayor Candidate (Vice Mayor) related to the vacant position of the abandoned Vice Mayor (late) Hj. Lilik Muhibbah alias Ning Lik. Because Nasdem felt many of his own cadres were judged to have the capacity and deserve to be Deputy. “Many of our cadres are worthy,” said Nafis Kurtubi, chairman of the DPD of the Kediri Nasdem Party.
According to Nafis, although the Kediri City DPRD had formed a special committee on electoral order, Nasdem and PAN as the supporting party, had never met formally to discuss the matter of filling in the Mayor. Nafis explained that in the regulation the Vice Mayor must be filled up to a maximum of 17 months before the end of the term of office. If the term of office is less than 18 months, it must not be filled. “In Jakarta, the Deputy Governor is only filled after a period of 18 months and more than one week. In Tulungagung, the Deputy Regent has yet to be filled. You don’t need to be too hasty too, “Nafis added.
Even so, Nafis also claimed not to know for sure whether Deputy Mayor Kediri will be filled later or not. Will still see developments and policies from the DPW and DPP of each bearer party. (mam)
