KEDIRI – Rancangan awal Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Kabupaten Kediri Tahun 2021-2026, disetujui oleh DPRD Kabupaten Kediri, dalam rapat paripurna, DPRD, Selasa (13 / 4/ 2021). Sebelumnya, RPJMD ini dibahas terlebih dahulu oleh Panitia Khusus (Pansus) DPRD bersama pemerintah.

Rapat Paripurna DPRD Kabupaten Kediri dengan agenda Persetujuan dan Penandatangan Nota Kesepakatan Rancangan Awal Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Kabupaten Kediri Tahun 2021-2026 itu, dilaksanakan sesuai protocol kesehatan karena masih kondisi pandemic covid-19.
RAPAT PARIPURNA : Rapat Paripurna DPRD Kabupaten Kediri tentang persetujuan Rancangan Awal RPJMD 2021 – 2026
Untuk mencegah penularan covid-19, sebagian Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Kediri hadir langsung secara fisik di ruang rapat paripurna dan sebagian lagi mengikuti rapat paripurna melalui video conference di rumah masing-masing.
Sedangkan dari jajaran Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kediri, dihadiri oleh Wakil Bupati Kediri Dewi Mariya Ulfa, didampingi oleh Sekretaris Daerah, bersama Asisten, Kepala Bappeda, Kepala BPKAD, Kabag Hukum dan Inspektorat Kabupaten Kediri. Sedangkan para Kepala OPD lainnya mengikuti rapat paripurna ini melalui video conference di ruang kerja kantor masing-masing SKPD.
Dodi Purwanto, Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Kediri memimpin rapat paripurna ini mengawali pembukaan rapat dengan mengucapkan selamat menunaikan ibadah puasa dan mengajak segenap peserta rapat untuk bersyukur kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa, karena dalam situasi pandemi masih bisa dipertemukan kembali dengan bulan Ramadan, bulan puasa yang penuh berkah dan ampunan.
Dodi Purwanto menyampaikan, pembahasan bersama atas Rancangan awal RPJMD Kabupaten Kediri Tahun 2021-2026 telah selesai dilaksanakan oleh Panitia Khusus DPRD bersama Pemerintah Daerah. Mengakhiri pembahasan bersama atas Rancangan Awal RPJMD tersebut, akan ditandai dengan persetujuan dan penandatanganan nota kesepakatan dokumen tersebut oleh Bupati Kediri dan Pimpinan DPRD, setelah Pansus menyampaikan laporan berkaitan saran dan masukan terhadap RPJMD tersebut.
Sebelum meminta persetujuan dari seluruh Anggota DPRD, pimpinan rapat paripurna menyampaikan dengan memperhatikan Laporan Pansus atas pembahasan Rancangan Awal RPJMD Kabupaten Kediri Tahun 2021-2026, dapat disimpulkan bahwa DPRD melalui Panitia Khusus pada dasarnya menyepakati Rancangan Awal RPJMD tersebut. Selanjutnya menjadi dasar dalam penyusunan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Kabupaten Kediri Tahun 2021 – 2026.
Setelah seluruh Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Kediri menyatakan menyetujui Rancangan Awal RPJMD 2021-2026, dilanjutkan penandatanganan Nota Kesepakatan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Kabupaten Kediri Tahun 2021 – 2026 oleh Wakil Bupati Kediri dan Pimpinan DPRD Kabupaten Kediri. DPRD Approves the Preliminary Draft RPJMD 2021-2026
KEDIRI – The initial draft of the Kediri Regency Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) for 2021-2026 was approved by the Kediri Regency DPRD, in a plenary meeting, DPRD, Tuesday (13/4/2021). Previously, the RPJMD was discussed in advance by the DPRD Special Committee (Pansus) and the government.
The Plenary Meeting of the Kediri Regency DPRD with the agenda of Approval and Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Preliminary Draft of the Kediri District Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) for 2021-2026, was carried out according to health protocols due to the Covid-19 pandemic condition.
To prevent the transmission of covid-19, some members of the Kediri Regency DPRD were physically present in the plenary meeting room and some attended plenary meetings via video conferencing in their respective homes.
Meanwhile, from the ranks of the Regional Government of Kediri Regency, was attended by the Deputy Regent of Kediri Dewi Mariya Ulfa, accompanied by the Regional Secretary, along with the Assistant, the Head of Bappeda, the Head of BPKAD, the Head of Law and the Inspectorate of Kediri Regency. Meanwhile, the other OPD Heads attended this plenary meeting via video conference in the office workspaces of each SKPD.
Dodi Purwanto, Chairperson of the Kediri Regency DPRD chaired the plenary meeting to begin the opening of the meeting by saying happy fasting and inviting all meeting participants to thank God Almighty, because in a pandemic situation, Ramadan can still be reunited, a month of fasting that is full of blessings. and forgiveness.
Dodi Purwanto conveyed that the joint discussion on the initial draft of the Kediri Regency RPJMD for 2021-2026 had been completed by the DPRD Special Committee together with the Regional Government. Ending the joint discussion on the Preliminary Plan of the RPJMD, will be marked by the approval and signing of a memorandum of understanding on the document by the Regent of Kediri and the DPRD leadership, after the Special Committee submits a report regarding suggestions and input to the RPJMD.
Before asking for approval from all DPRD Members, the chairman of the plenary session conveyed by taking into account the Special Committee Report on the discussion of the Preliminary Plan of the Kediri Regency RPJMD for 2021-2026, it can be concluded that the DPRD through the Special Committee basically agreed to the Preliminary Design of the RPJMD. Furthermore, it becomes the basis for the preparation of the Kediri District Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) for 2021-2026.
After all members of the Kediri Regency DPRD agreed to the Preliminary Plan of the 2021-2026 RPJMD, it was followed by the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding for the Kediri District Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) for 2021-2026 by the Deputy Regent of Kediri and the Head of the Kediri Regency DPRD.
