“Saya masih menunggu kira-kira nanti bagaimana kelanjutannya,”tambah Joko. (mam)
Forced Termination, Pole Hook Has Not Been Installed
Construction of the Collapsing Dolo Tourism Area
KEDIRI – Rest area building in the tourist area of Dolo, Mojo, which was previously claimed to have collapsed due to wind disasters, continues to show signs of doubt that the collapse of the building was merely due to the wind. Head of Perkim Office Arif Juwana, through the PPK Tourism Support Facility Development project, Joko Riyanto, acknowledged that the building poles in the main building of the rest area had not yet been linked to the structure underneath. “There should have been a supporting pole with a building underneath it, but it has not been installed,” Joko said, when met at his office on Monday (3/16/2020).
As told before, the collapse of the building rest area in the tourist area of Dolo, Mojo, which was claimed due to strong wind disasters, was doubtful. Due to the field facts naturally, the tiles on the gazebo – the gazebo around the main building, nothing messy. There are also no damaged or broken branches around it. Found pillars supporting the building, at all but anchoring. Just stick to the top of the building. So it is very possible, just a little wind can collapse.
According to Joko, the building that was worked on by PT Pandega Wreksa worth Rp 3.5 billion had actually been forced to stop by the Perkim Office, because until the deadline specified, which was December 13, 2019, it could not be completed. Finally, the construction was delayed until 30 December. After the delay was apparently not finished either. So PT Pandega Wreksa was hit by a late fee of around Rp 3.5 million per day. “The development process must not exceed the following year. So on December 31, we stopped the construction, although it was not finished yet, “said Joko.
However, Joko did not want the collapse of the rest area because it was purely a construction error. Because according to residents, there was indeed a strong wind when the building collapsed. “It is indeed our hassle. Because the building has not yet been completed, the pole ties have not been installed, but the construction time has expired, “Joko said.
Joko claimed not to know how to follow up the building. Will be given additional funds to continue or how. The information, the problem is still in the inspectorate’s report to know the follow-up. “I am still waiting about how it goes,” Joko added. (mam)
