Deadline Lahan Bandara, Tengah Malam Camat Gerilya

KEDIRI – Bersamaan dengan deadline (batas waktu-red) pembebasan lahan bandara, Jumat (31/1/20), Camat Grogol bersama Koramil, Polsek, dan Kepala Desa Grogol,  melakukan gerilya ke sejumlah warga masih menolak lahannya dibeli sesuai dengan harga yang mereka tetapkan. Mereka mendesak warga agar bersedia tanahnya dibeli.

“Tadi malam jam dua belas, rombongan Pak Camat, Koramil, Polsek, Kades, malam datang ke rumah. Ya intinya minta agar tanahnya diserahkan,:ujar Mujiani, 57, salah seorang warga Dusun Bederk, Desa Grogol, yang masih belum bersedia menyerahkan tanahnya.

Meski didatangi Camat dan rombongannya di tengah malam Mujiani tetap tidak mau menyerahkan tanahnya, karena harganya masih jauh di bawah standar. Mujiani mengaku dia meminta harga Rp 5 miliar, tapi hanya ditawar Rp 2,1 miliar.

“Saya tidak mau, malam-malam datang ya saya suruh pulang, saya bilang saya ngantuk,” tandasnya.

Hal serupa dibenarkan Yoni, peternak madu di Dusun Bedrek, Desa Grogol. “Iya. Pak Camat, Koramil, Polsek, dan Kades tadi malam datang ke rumah. Minta agar saya menyerahkan tanah. Tanah saya 10 ru, diharga Rp 450 juta. Itu sudah termasuk kompensasi rumah, usaha, dan lain-lain. Kalau saya mintanya Rp 950 juta,”kata Yoni.

Mujiani dan Yoni sama-sama mengaku harga yang ditawarkan terlalu rendah. Karena jika uang itu dibelikan di tempat lain, tidak akan bisa mendapatkan lahan dengan luas yang sama dan bangunan yang sama.

“Kalau kita belikan lagi tanah di luar, kita malah tombok, rugi,”kata Mujiani, memberi alasan penolakan.

Hal serupa diungkapkan Yoni. “Gak cukup mas uang segitu dibelikan tanah lagi di tempat lain, belum untuk membangun lagi. Ya saya belum mau,”timpal Yoni.

Mengingat uang yang diterima tidak akan bisa dibelikan lahan serupa di tempat lain, Yoni, Mujianik, dan beberapa tetangganya menolak menyerahkan tanahnya, meskipun diberi ancaman akan dilakukan konsinyasi. Airport Land Deadline, Midnight Guerilla District Head

KEDIRI – Along with the airport land acquisition deadline, Friday (1/31/20), Grogol Sub-District Head together with the Koramil, Polsek, and Grogol Village Heads, conducted guerrillas to a number of residents who still refused their land purchased according to the price they set. They urged residents to be willing to buy their land. “Last night at twelve, the entourage of the sub-district head, the Koramil, the police, the village head, came to the house last night. “The point is to ask for the land to be surrendered,” said Mujiani, 57, a resident of Bederk Hamlet, Grogol Village, who was still not willing to give up his land.
Even though the Camat and his entourage were visited in the middle of the night Mujiani still did not want to give up his land, because the price was still far below standard. Mujiani claimed he asked for a price of Rp 5 billion, but only offered Rp 2.1 billion. “I do not want, the nights come yes I told him to go home, I said I was sleepy,” he said.
The same thing was confirmed by Yoni, a honey farmer in Bedrek Hamlet, Grogol Village. “Yes. The Camat, Koramil, Polsek, and Kades came to the house last night. Ask me to surrender the land. My land is 10 ru, worth IDR 450 million. That includes compensation for houses, businesses, and others. If I ask for Rp 950 million, “said Yoni.
Mujiani and Yoni both claimed the price offered was too low. Because if the money is bought elsewhere, it will not be able to get land with the same area and the same building. “If we buy more land outside, we will just chop, lose,” said Mujiani, giving reasons for rejection.
The same thing was expressed by Yoni. “Not enough gold, that much money is bought for land elsewhere, not yet to build anymore. Yes I do not want to, “said Yoni.
Considering that the money received could not be bought for similar land elsewhere, Yoni, Mujianik, and several of his neighbors refused to surrender their land, despite being threatened by consignment. (mam)
