CALON KETUA DPD PAN JATIM : Abdullah Abu Bakar
KEDIRI – Walikota Kediri Abdullah Abu Bakar dikabarkan akan macung sebagai calon ketua DPW PAN Jawa Timur pada musyawarah wilayah (Muswil) akhir Juli atau awal Agustus 2020. Kabar ini, semakin melengkapi isu di beberapa kalangan yang sempat menyebut Mas Abu akan melangkah ke jenjang jabatan yang lebih tinggi yaitu Jawa Timur.
Ketua DPD PAN Kota Kediri Abdul Bagi, saat dikonfirmasi melalui saluran whatsap membenarkan adanya isu Mas Abu akan macung sebagai ketua DPW PAN Jawa Timur itu. Hanya saja, Bagi masih belum berbicara banyak terkait pencalonan itu. “Mohon doanya untuk Mas Abu. Mas Abu Maju,”ujar Bagi.
Menurut Bagi, DPW Jawa Timur masih akan melakukan rapat pembentukan panitia Konferwil pada Rabu, 15 Juli. Sehingga kepastian tanggal Konferwil dia belum mengetahui secara pasti mengingat kondisinya masih suasana pandemi corona. “Kalau tidak akhir Juli ya awal Agustus,”tandas Bagi.
Sementara itu, Ketua DPD PAN Kabupaten Kediri, Muhaimin, juga membenarkan kabar akan majunya Mas Abu sebagai calon ketua DPW PAN Jawa Timur itu. “Ya benar,”ujar Muhaimin yang dihubungi melalui saluran whatsap.
Muhaimin juga mengakui DPD PAN Kabupaten Kediri mendukung pencalonan Mas Abu sebagai ketua DPW PAN Jawa Timur. Hanya saja, siapa saja calon pesaing Mas Abu nanti, Muhaimin mengaku belum tahu. “Siap mendukung. Tapi siapa calon lainnya, saya belum tahu. Itu yang tahu panitia,”katanya. (mam)
