KPU HILANGKAN NAMA PENDAFTAR PPS Konferensi pers Bawaslu Kabupaten Kediri terkait dugaan pelanggaran administrasi oleh KPU Kabupaten Kediri :
KEDIRI – Kesiapan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Kediri menghadapi proses persiapan Pemilihan Bupati Kediri 2020 mulai dipertanyakan. Setelah isu dugaan soal seleksi Panitia Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPK) bocor, calon titipan, rumor perpecahan antarkomisioner, perpanjangan pendaftaran Panitia Pemungutan Suara (PPS) hingga dua kali, kali ini Bawaslu meminta agar pengumuman hasil seleksi PPS dibatalkan, karena ditengarai melanggar aturan.
Anggota Bawaslu Kabupaten Kediri, Ali Mashudi menjelaskan, dalam siaran persnya menyebutkan, indikasi carut marutnya proses seleksi PPS sudah nampak sejak pengumuman hasil seleksi administrasi pada 2 Maret 2020. Pada pengumuman tersebut nama-nama pendaftar PPS di seluruh desa se-Kecamatan Badas dan beberapa desa di Kecamatan Wates, hilang, tidak muncul di pengumuman. “Bawaslu saat itu memberikan saran perbaikan kepada KPU untuk melakukan ralat pengumuman,”tandasnya.
Pada 4 Maret, KPU Kabupaten Kediri melakukan seleksi tes tertulis untuk pendaftar PPS yang lolos administrasi di 5 lokasi. Hasilnya, ditemukan 10 pendaftar yang tidak ada di pengumuman lulus seleksi administrasi, tiba-tiba dapat mengikuti tes tertulis. “Masalah ini, resmi dijadikan temuan dugaan pelanggaran oleh KPU Kabupaten Kediri,”tambahnya.
Berdasarkan data itu, Bawaslu segera melakukan klarifikasi ke KPU. Hasilnya, agar 10 orang tersebut tidak protes karena dianggap Tidak Memenuhi Syarat (TMS) oleh KPU.
Ali menjelaskan, Bawaslu juga melakukan klarifikasi kepada 10 pendaftar itu. Hasilnya, 2 orang mengaku sebelum ada ralat pengumuman KPU, namanya ada. Sedangkan yang 8 orang menanyakan langsung ke KPU, yang akhirnya dipersilakan mengikuti tes tertulis.
Bukan itu saja. Bawaslu juga mengecek data pendaftaran di KPU. Hasilnya, dari 10 berkas pendaftar seleksi calon anggota PPS tersebut; 9 berkas dinyatakan Memenuhi Syarat (MS) dan 1 (satu) berkas dinyatakan Tidak Memenuhi Syarat (TMS) karena foto copy ijazah tidak ada legalisir.
“Berdasarkan hasil klarifikasi, investigasi dan bukti-bukti pendukung yang ada, Bawaslu memutuskan KPU Kabupaten Kediri telah melakukan Pelanggaran Administrasi Pemilihan,”lanjut Ali. (mam)
Allegedly Game, Bawaslu Asks for Announcement of PPS Canceled
KEDIRI – The General Election Commission’s (KPU) readiness in Kediri faces the process of preparing for the 2020 Kediri Regent Election starting to be questioned. After the alleged issue about the selection of the District Election Committee (PPK) was leaked, the prospective safekeeping, rumors of inter-commissioner splits, renewal of registration of the Voting Committee (PPS) up to two times, this time the Bawaslu requested that the announcement of the PPS selection results be canceled, because it was allegedly violating the rules.
Kediri Bawaslu member, Ali Mashudi explained, in his press release said, indications of the chaotic process of PPS selection had been seen since the announcement of the results of the administrative selection on March 2, 2020. In the announcement the names of PPS registrants in all villages in Badas District and several villages in the District of Wates, missing, did not appear in the announcement. “Bawaslu at that time gave suggestions for improvement to the KPU to make errata announcements,” he said.
On March 4, the KPU of Kediri Regency conducted a written test for PPS applicants who passed the administration in 5 locations. The result, found 10 applicants who were not in the announcement of passing the administrative selection, were suddenly able to take a written test. “This problem has officially been made as a finding of alleged violations by the KPU of Kediri Regency,” he added.
Based on that data, Bawaslu immediately clarified the KPU. The result, so that 10 people did not protest because they were deemed not Eligible (TMS) by the KPU.
Ali explained, Bawaslu also clarified the 10 registrants. As a result, 2 people claimed that before the KPU announcement was erroneous, there was a name. Meanwhile, 8 people asked KPU directly, who were finally invited to take the written test.
Not only that. Bawaslu also checks registration data in the KPU. As a result, from the 10 files for applicants for PPS member selection; 9 files were declared as Eligible (MS) and 1 (one) file was declared Not Eligible (TMS) because the photocopy of the diploma was not legalized.
“Based on the results of clarification, investigation and supporting evidence, Bawaslu decided that the KPU of Kediri Regency had violated the Election Administration,” continued Ali. (mam)
