TERIMA LAPORAN BPK : Bupati Haryanti saat menerima laporan hasil pemeriksaan BPK di Sidoarjo
KEDIRI -Bupati Kediri, dr. Hj. Haryanti Sutrisno, beserta ketua DPRD Kabupaten Kediri, Dodi Purwanto, Plt. Inspektur Kabupaten Kediri, Nono Soekardi, SH., MM. dan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kediri, Drs. Sujud Winarko, M.M, menghadiri acara penyerahan laporan hasil pemeriksaan (LHP) Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Perwakilan Provinsi Jatim semester II 2019, tentang hasil pemeriksaan kinerja bidang pendidikan tahun anggaran 2019.
Acara digelar di ruang rapat kantor BPK Perwakilan Provinsi Jawa Timur, Jl. Raya Juanda Sidoarjo Jatim, Kamis (12/12/19). Hadir pula Kepala Perwakilan BPK Provinsi Jatim, Harry Purwaka beserta jajaran, pimpinan daerah, perwakilan DPRD, serta instansi terkait dari Kota Mojokerto dan Kabupaten Pasuruan.
Dalam sambutannya, Harry Purwaka mengatakan laporan hasil pemeriksaan ini adalah untuk memenuhi ketentuan UU No. 15 tahun 2004 tentang pemeriksaan pengelolaan dan tanggung jawab keuangan negara yang mewajibkan BPK untuk menyampaikan laporan hasil pemeriksaan kepada DPRD, Bupati dan Walikota.
“Saat ini pemeriksaan kinerja menjadi salah satu agenda pengembangan kelembagaan BPK 4 tahun anggaran, dari tahun 2016-2020. Dalam melaksanakan pemeriksaan kinerja, BPK berpedoman kepada Standart Pemeriksaan Keuangan Negara (SPKN). Pada semester II tahun anggaran 2019 bidang pendidikan pada 3 pemerintah daerah yaitu Kabupaten Kediri, Kota Mojokerto dan Kabupaten Pasuruan. Secara nasional, BPK melakukan kinerja pada 48 entitas yaitu 9 provinsi, 31 kabupaten dan 8 kota,” jelasnya.
“Tujuan pemeriksaan kinerja pada bidang pendidikan ini untuk menilai efektifitas atas upaya pemerintah kabupaten atau kota dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui penjaminan mutu pendidikan dan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 untuk mewujudkan wajib belajar 12 tahun. Harapan kami, dengan pembahasan rekomendasi yang kami sampaikan dalam laporan hasil pemeriksaan, bisa ditindaklanjuti dengan rencana aksi,” lanjutnya.
Sementara itu Ketua DPRD Kab. Kediri, Dodi Purwanto menyampaikan, kegiatan pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh tim BPK selama ini disambut terbuka. Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri selalu kooperatif dalam rangka memperlancar proses pemeriksaan.
“Kami sangat memahami pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh tim BPK berjalan secara profesional dan independen serta memberikan rekomendasi yang konstruktif. Mudah-mudahan kualitas pembelajaran melalui penguatan penjaminan mutu pendidikan dan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 untuk mewujudkan wajib belajar 12 tahun semakin baik pada pemerintah daerah yang turut mensukseskan agenda nawacita yaitu meningkatkan kualitas hidup manusia dan melakukan melakukan revolusi karakter bangsa,” harap Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Kediri. Kediri Regent Attends Submission of BPK LHP Results
KEDIRI – Regent of Kediri, dr. Hj. Haryanti Sutrisno, along with the chairman of the Kediri Regency DPRD, Dodi Purwanto, Plt. District Inspector of Kediri, Nono Soekardi, SH., MM. and the Head of the District Education Office of Kediri, Drs. Sujud Winarko, M.M, attended the presentation of the examination results (LHP) of the Supreme Audit Board (BPK) of the East Java Province Representative in the second semester of 2019, concerning the results of the examination of the performance of education in the 2019 fiscal year.
The event was held in the meeting room of the BPK Office of the East Java Province Representative, Jl. Raya Juanda Sidoarjo East Java, Thursday (12/12/19). Also present was the Head of the East Java Province BPK Representative, Harry Purwaka along with the ranks, regional leaders, representatives of the DPRD, as well as related agencies from Mojokerto City and Pasuruan Regency.
In his remarks, Harry Purwaka said the results of this inspection report were to comply with the provisions of Law No. 15 of 2004 concerning audits of the management and responsibilities of state finances that require BPK to submit audit reports to DPRD, Regents and Mayors.
“At the moment the performance audit is one of the BPK development agenda for 4 fiscal years, from 2016-2020. In carrying out performance audits, the BPK is guided by the State Financial Audit Standards (SPKN). In the second semester of the 2019 fiscal year in the field of education in 3 local governments namely Kediri Regency, Mojokerto City and Pasuruan Regency. Nationally, BPK performs on 48 entities, namely 9 provinces, 31 districts and 8 cities, “he explained.
“The purpose of examining performance in the education sector is to assess the effectiveness of district or city government efforts in improving the quality of learning through education quality assurance and implementation of the 2013 Curriculum to realize 12-year compulsory education. Our hope, with the discussion of recommendations that we submit in the audit report, it can be followed up with an action plan, “he continued.
Meanwhile Chairman of the District Parliament. Kediri, Dodi Purwanto said that the inspection activities carried out by the BPK team had been welcomed openly. The Kediri Regency Government is always cooperative in order to expedite the inspection process.
“We fully understand the audits carried out by the BPK team in a professional and independent manner and provide constructive recommendations. Hopefully the quality of learning through strengthening education quality assurance and the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum to realize 12-year compulsory education is getting better at local governments who also succeed in the nawacita agenda that is improving the quality of human life and carrying out a revolution in the character of the nation, “hoped the Chairman of the Kediri Regency DPRD.
