“Biarkan saja. Urusannya keamanan itu,”tandasnya sambil bergegas meninggalkan wartawan. (mam)
Balaidesa Has Been Sealed by Residents
KEDIRI – Balaidesa Ngebrak, Gampengrejo District, was finally sealed by residents after a meeting at the balaidesa demands of residents who wanted the return of the 700 Ru Village Land (TKD) lost, between residents, the Village Representative Body (BPD), and the Village Head of Ngebrak, Saeroji, Monday (05/18/2020) deadlocked.
The entrance to the village office was completely closed by residents, the gate was locked, and given a large banner that read ‘Sealed Citizens’ ‘Restore Village Cash Land’. The sealing was carried out by a number of residents on Tuesday (5/19/2020) night. So on Wednesday the next day, village officials and BPD members who want to come to the village office, cannot enter.
As previously reported, a number of residents of Ngebrak Village, Gampengrejo Subdistrict, demanded that the missing or unclear TKD covering an area of 700 ru be immediately returned by the Kero Saeroji. This is because the land in Toyoresmi Village, Gampengrejo District, which was previously claimed as a Ngebrak TKD, turned out to be purchased on behalf of Saeroji personally. In fact, the purchase uses village money from the swap exchange with the previous TKD. The land is now in dispute and Saeroji lost the Kediri District Court lawsuit because he was asked to return the person holding the land certificate.
Looking at the available data, the history of land purchases, the story of the land, some residents suspected the possibility that if Saeroji won the PN lawsuit, the land could be reversed on behalf of Saeroji personally, because in the lawsuit saeroji sued over the private name, not representing the village government.
Meanwhile, Kadesh Ngebrak Saeroji was met at his home, when asked about the possibility that he would return the TKD demanded by residents, Saeroji claimed he had not yet thought. He will still be waiting for the results of the meeting with residents. “No, I haven’t thought about it. Wait later, meeting with citizens, “he said.
When asked about the sealing of the village hall by the residents, Saeroji claimed he would let it go. The problem is already taken care of, namely security. “Leave it alone. The matter is security, “he said as he hurriedly left reporters. (mam)
