BPR Kota Diperiksa Kejaksaan

ZALMIANTO AGUNG SAPUTRO : Kasi Intel Kejaksaan Negero Kota Kediri

(mam)

City BPR Examined by the Prosecutor’s Office

KEDIRI – The People’s Credit Bank (BPR) in Kediri City, has another problem with the AGO. A number of employees and customers of the BPR belonging to the Kediri City Government were investigated for alleged abuse of authority in distributing loans valued at more than Rp. 0.5 billion to several customers, thus allegedly causing losses to the company owned by the Kediri City Government.
According to the information collected by kediripost, this alleged irregularity stems from the high NPL or bad credit, due to credit disbursement which is considered very large to customers in the size of BPR Kota Kediri. Some have a credit value of Rp. 600 million to Rp. 800 million. In fact, the info is that there is a credit that has never been paid in installments since its disbursement, aka being extended until the credit period runs out, which is 3 years, with a credit value of around Rp. 0.5 billion.
Zalmianto Agung Saputro, Section Head of Intelligence at the Kediri District Prosecutor’s Office, confirmed that his party was currently investigating the case at the BPR in Kediri City. The case is currently being handled by the Kusus Criminal Section (Pidsus). “Special crimes are handled,” he said.
Meanwhile, Sugiyanto, the former director of the BPR Kota Kediri, when confirmed through the WhatsApp channel, until this news was written, had not yet given an answer. (mam)
