KEDIRI – Standar harga pembebasan lahan bandara, ditengarai tidak jelas. Banyak penawaran yang dinilai warga kurang pas dan njomplang, berdasarkan luasan tanah, kompensasi bangunan dan pekerjaan, kurang sebanding. Sehingga sebagian warga masih ngotot menolak penawaran yang diberikan, meskipun diancam akan dibeli melalui konsinyasi.
Mujiani, salah seorang warga Dusun Bedrek, Desa Grogol, mengakui belum mau melepas tanah dan bangunannya karena harganya njomplang. Dia memiliki tanah seluas 95 ru, bangunan rumah sudah bagus, pekerjaan bagus, hanya ditawar Rp 2,1 miliar. Sedangkan tetangganya, yang hanya memiliki 5,5 ru ditawar Rp 440 juta dan yang memiliki 15 ru dihargai Rp 1,1 miliar.
“Jadi tawarannya itu gak jelas standarnya. Kalau dibandingkan dengan mereka, mestinya punya saya sekitar Rp 4,5 sampai Rp 5 miliar,”jelasnya, saat ditemui di rumahnya kemarin (1/2/20).
Yang mengagetkan, ada salah seorang oknum pejabat yang mengajari dirinya untuk berbuat curang. Dia disuruh membuat beberapa Kartu Keluarga, agar harganya bisa naik. Tapi dia menolak. Karena dia ingin jujur. Tidak mau berbuat curang. “Saya diajari kurang baik begitu. Saya tidak mau. Kok malah mengajari jelek,”tandasnya.
Hal serupa dialami Yoni, tetangga Mujiani. Saat rombongan Camat datang tengah malam ke rumahnya, tanah, bangunan, dan kompensasinya untuk dirinya ditawar Rp 450 juta. Padahal dia memiliki lahan full bangunan 11.5 ru. Sehingga dia menolak tawaran itu.
“Uang segitu untuk beli lahan lagi di luar gak cukup mas. Kita masih tambel,”jelas Yoni.
Berbeda dengan milik Imam Nahrawi, tetangganya, yang lokasinya justru di bagian belakang, lahan seluas 10 ru ditawar Rp 700 juta. “Akhirnya terpaksa saya berikan. Lha diancam mas, diancam konsinyasi. Terpaksa kita ikhlaskan, bukan benar-benar ikhlas lo mas, tapi diikhlaskan,”jelas Imam.
Untuk itu, Yoni mengaku bertahan sambil menunggu harga sesuai, agar jika beli lahan lagi di luar dia tidak sampai tambel. “Kita prinsipnya setuju bandara, hanya soal harga jangan sampai kita justru disuruh tambel,”jelas Yoni. (mam)
