UPACARA DI PEREMPATAN JALAN : Aksi Achmad Harist Subhi, siswa SD Al-Huda Kota Kediri, tetap khidmah meski upacara sendirian
KEDIRI- Aksi Achmad Harist Subhi, siswa SD Al-Huda Kota Kediri, membuat heboh para pejalan dan mengendara yang melewati perempatan Jalan Hayam Wuruk. Dia melakukan upacara bendera memperingati Kemerdekaan RI ke-75, sendirian, menghormat ke bendera merah putih saat sirine detik-detik proklamasi tepat jam 10.00.
Pemandangan mengharukan itu tentu saja banyak mendapat perhatian masyarakat yang lewat. Apalagi di depannya dia memang bendera yang ditempatkan di dekat tiang listrik. Meski di pinggir perempatan jalan, di tengah lalu lalang kendaraan yang lewat, Haris tampak tenang, bersikap sempurna, berdiri tegak tanpa terpengaruh apapun yang lewat di sekitarnya. “Tugas sekolah,”ujar Harist, saat ditemui kediripost.
Menurut Haris, dia sengaja melakukan penghormatan bendera di perempatan jalan dekat rumahnya, Kelurahan Ngadisimo, Kota Kediri, karena tugas sekolah dan ingin benar-benar menghormati jasa para pahlawan. Dia ditemani ibunya yang bertugas memotret aktivitasnya, untuk laporan ke sekolah. “Semoga pahlawan-pahlawan yang telah berjuang untuk kemerdekaan republik Indonesia bisa mendapakan balasan yang setimpal,”tegasnya.
Haris juga menambahkan, dalam peringatan HUT Republik Indonesia ini dia berharap, para pemuda Indonesia rajin belajar dan semakin mencintai bangsanya sendiri. (sul)
Elementary School Students, Alone Ceremony at a Crossroads
KEDIRI- The action of Achmad Harist Subhi, a student of SD Al-Huda in Kediri City, caused a commotion among pedestrians and drivers who passed the Jalan Hayam Wuruk intersection. He held a flag ceremony to commemorate the 75th Independence of Indonesia, alone, saluting the red and white flag during the siren seconds of the proclamation at 10.00.
Of course, this touching sight received a lot of attention from the passing public. Moreover, in front of him he is indeed a flag that is placed near an electric pole. Although on the edge of a crossroads, in the middle of passing vehicles, Haris looked calm, had a perfect attitude, stood upright without being affected by anything that passed around him. “School assignment,” said Harist, when met by the kediripost.
According to Haris, he deliberately paid homage to the flag at an intersection near his house, Ngadisimo Village, Kediri City, because of school work and wanted to truly respect the services of heroes. He was accompanied by his mother who was in charge of photographing his activities, for reports to school. “Hopefully the heroes who have fought for the independence of the Indonesian republic can get the reward in kind,” he said.
Haris also added that in commemoration of the Republic of Indonesia’s anniversary he hoped that Indonesian youths would study hard and love their own nation more. (sul).
