Saksi Akui Supadi SE Singkatan Nama

(mam)

Witness Admits Supadi SE Abbreviation of Name

KEDIRI – The witnesses presented by the Public Prosecutor (Prosecutor) Tommy Marwanto, S.H and Iskandar, S, H in the follow-up case of the alleged use of a fake title by a candidate for the Regent of Kediri, Supadi SE, actually seemed to ease the indictment. The two witnesses presented, Melisa and Yuli Filasari, both IT staff at the Tarokan Village office, claimed that what they heard about the SE behind Supadi was an abbreviation of the name.
“Around January 2019, I once asked Pak Supadi directly, about the SE writing, he said the answer stands for name,” said Melisa, in front of the panel of judges led by Guntur Pambudi Wijaya S.H. It’s just that, Supadi at that time did not explain what the SE stands for.
Meanwhile, Yuli Filasari, in front of the panel of judges, explained that she had never asked directly about the SE behind the name Supadi, whether the title or abbreviation of the name. Yuli, who has been an IT staff member since 2018, did not know for sure when the SE writing was embedded behind Supadi when and who submitted it. Because, when he entered as IT, the computer program already existed. “I just followed the form that was already there, the SE was already there, I don’t know when it started,” he said.
Meanwhile, Eryck Andikha SH, Supadi’s legal advisor, after the hearing explained that Melisa’s question was conducted around January 2019, meaning that it was long before the case was questioned. “It means that from the beginning the SE was indeed not a title. There are only people’s assumptions that the SE is a title, “he said.
As reported previously, Supadi, a candidate for the Regent of Kediri was reported to the police on suspicion of using a fake SE title. Now the case is in the trial process in the District Court of Kediri, with the panel of judges Guntur Pambudi Wijaya SH accompanied by judges members Fahmi Hary Nugroho SH, and Mellina Nawang Wulan SH, with prosecutors Iskandar SH and Tomy Marwanto, SH. Whereas Supadi was accompanied by two of his lawyers namely Prayoga S.H, Eryck Andikha S.H, and Sukamto S.H. (mam)
