TIDAK PERLU TAKUT : Dr. Fauzan Adhima bersama Irfan Ilmi dan Krisna Setiawan, pada acara Wartawan Peduli Corona di Hutan Kota Joyoboyo Kediri
KEDIRI – Jenazah korban virus corona, tidak perlu perlakuan khusus, misalnya seperti jenazah yang terkena virus AIDS. Sebab, virus corona akan mati dengan sendirinya bersama meninggalnya korban, hanya dalam waktu sekitar 2 jam. “Masyarakat tidak perlu takut merawat jenazah korban Corona. Dirawat seperti biasa. Tidak ada perlakuan khusus,”ujar dr. Fauzan Adhima, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Kediri, saat memberikan pengarahan pada acara ‘Wartawan Kediri Peduli Corona’ di hutan kota Joyoboyo, Rabu (18/3/3030).
Menurut Fauzan, berbeda dengan AIDS yang virusnya baru akan mati daalam beberapa hari setelah korban meninggal dunia. Sehingga perlu perlakuan khusus. Misalnya jenazah harus diberi bungkus plastik dulu agar cairannya tidak sampai mengembang kemana-mana. “Kalau Corona perawatannya sama dengan jenazah biasa,”tambahnya.
Secara umum, lanjut Fauzan, sebenarnya tingkat prosentatif kematian korban virus Corona tidak besar, tetapi karena sudah ada pengumuman Pandemi dari WHO, maka seluruh anggota WHO harus mengikuti prosedur yang sudah ditetapkan, guna pencegahan pengembangan virus Corona. “Penyebaran virus Corona itu menempel dari satu orang ke orang lain. Virusnya tidak beterbangan. Sebenarnya, salaman boleh-boleh saja. Asal setelah salaman tidak ngupil, mengucek mata, memegang makanan. Cuma kan sering kita itu melakukan ngupil, kucek mata, atau memegang makan itu reflek. Untuk antisipasi, sekalian saja dilarang salaman,”tandas Fauzan.
Pada acara itu juga dihadiri Irfan Ilmie, wartawan LKBN Antara yang bertugas di Beijing, dan Krisna Setiawan, Kepala Dinas Kominfo Pemkab Kediri. Setelah itu, para wartawan membagikan hand sanitizer kepada masyarakat yang melewati jalur tersebut. (mam)
