KEDIRI – Integrasi informasi layanan publik, terus dikembangkan di Kota Kediri, guna memperbaiki dan mempercepat layanan masyarakat. Beberapa hal integrasi informasi layanan publik yang sudah dilakukan Pemkot Kediri, antara lain aplikasi ‘cek bansos’, data kependudukan dengan Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS). Aplikasi e-suket yaitu surat keterangan yang terintegrasi atas sistem pelayanan di kelurahan dan data kependudukan.

“Pemerintah Kota Kediri terus berupaya mengintegrasikan aplikasi layanan publik sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.”ujar Abdullah Abu Bakar, saat memberikan jawaban atas pandangan umum (PU) fraksi-fraksi di DPRD Kota Kediri, dalam rapat paripurna perub ahan Rancangan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) 2020, Rabu (23/9/20) di gedung DPRD Kota Kediri.
Pada kesempatan itu, Walikota Mas Abu juga menyampaikan langkah-langkah dalam rangka mencegah TPA yang overload, Pemerintah Kota Kediri telah membangun TPA 3 dan revitalisasi TPA 1. Sehingga sampai tahun 2022, TPA masih cukup untuk menampung sampah. Selain itu, Pemerintah Kota bersama dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri mendorong pembangunan TPA regional yang diinisiasi oleh Pemprov Jawa Timur yang sampai sekarang sudah berjalan pada tahapan feasibility study oleh Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Citra Karya Provinsi Jawa Timur.
Sedangkan untuk mempertahankan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) saat kondisi Covid-19, Walikota menuturkan komponen pembangunan indeks manusia adalah pendidikan, kesehatan dan ekonomi. Untuk menjaga indeks tersebut tidak turun, Pemerintah Kota Kediri tetap melaksanakan pendidikan dengan metode daring dan memberikan pendidikan dasar secara gratis, memberikan beasiswa pendidikan tinggi, hingga dalam bidang kesehatan dan ekonomi.
“Pemerintah Kota Kediri juga melakukan penanggulangan Covid-19 dengan berfokus pada peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat, pemulihan ekonomi, dan penyediaan jaring komunikasi sosial, disesuaikan dengan penggunaan dana tak terduga dan upaya pemulihan ekonomi lokal,” ujarnya.
Hadir pada rapat Paripurna ini antara lain, Ketua DPRD Sunoto, Wakil Ketua DPRD Firdaus dan Katino, Dandim 0809 Letkol Kav Dwi Agung Sutrisno, Sekretaris Daerah Kota Budwi Sunu, Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Enny Endarjati, dan sejumlah Kepala OPD di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Kediri. (bad)
City Government Develops Integration of Public Services
KEDIRI – Integration of public service information, continues to be developed in the City of Kediri, to improve and accelerate public services. Some of the things that have been integrated into public service information that have been carried out by the Kediri City Government include the application of ‘social assistance checks’, population data with Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS). The e-suket application is an integrated certificate of service systems in the kelurahan and population data.
“The Kediri City Government continues its efforts to integrate public service applications so that it can improve the quality of public services,” said Abdullah Abu Bakar, when giving an answer to the general views (PU) of factions in the Kediri City DPRD, in a plenary meeting of changes to the Draft Revenue and Expenditure Budget. On that occasion, Mayor Mas Abu also conveyed steps in order to prevent TPA overload, Kediri City Government has built TPA 3 and revitalized TPA 1. So that until 2022, TPA is still sufficient to accommodate garbage. In addition, the City Government together with the Kediri Regency Government are encouraging the construction of a regional TPA initiated by the East Java Provincial Government which until now has been running at the feasibility study stage by the Public Works Office of Citra Karya, East Java Province.
Meanwhile, to maintain the Human Development Index (HDI) during the Covid-19 condition, the Mayor said the components of the human index development were education, health and the economy. To keep the index from dropping, the City Government of Kediri continues to implement education using the online method and provide free basic education, provide scholarships for higher education, to the fields of health and economics.
“The Kediri City Government is also taking control of Covid-19 by focusing on improving public health, economic recovery, and providing social communication networks, adjusted to the use of unexpected funds and local economic recovery efforts,” he said.
Present at the plenary meeting included the Chairman of DPRD Sunoto, Deputy Chairman of DPRD Firdaus and Katino, Dandim 0809 Lieutenant Colonel Kav Dwi Agung Sutrisno, Regional Secretary for Budwi Sunu City, Assistant for Economy and Development Enny Endarjati, and a number of OPD Heads within the Kediri City Government.
