KEDIRI – Kasus dugaan korupsi pada proyek Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) 3 Kota Kediri, yang kini sedang diselidiki Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Jawa Timur, terus berlanjut. Tim Kejati terus mendalami kasus proyek TPA 3 dengan mendatangi lokasi proyek untuk mengecek fisik, Kamis (25/3/2021). “Ada 8 orang yang datang ke lokasi, 6 laki-laki dan 2 perempuan,”ujar sumber kediripost di lokasi proyek TPA 3, yang wanti-wanti agar tidak disebut namanya.
DIPERIKSA KEJAKSAAN TINGGI : Lokasi Proyek TPA 3 Klotok, Kota Kediri, yang sedang dalam penyelidikan Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati ) Jawa Timur, karena adanya dugaan penyimpangan keuangan atau korupsi.
Sumber-sumber informasi kediripost di lokasi proyek dan warga yang kebetulan di lokasi, menjelaskan tim Kejati itu datang ke lokasi sekitar jam 14.00. Begitu tim itu datang, para pengais rosok dan orang – orang yang ada di lokasi, diminta minggir sebentar karena mereka akan mengecek di sejumlah lokasi yang dibutuhkan.
Tim Kejati itu bukan hanya mengecek fisik lokasi proyek TPA 3, tetapi juga mengecek di TPA 1 yang sudah tidak aktif dan TPA 2. Hanya saja, sumber-sumber itu tidak mengetahui apa saja yang didapatkan dari lokasi proyek. “Tidak tahu Mas apa saja yang ditemukan mereka. Saya hanya melihat saja, yang lain diminta tidak mendekat,”tandas sumber yang lain.
Salah seorang karyawan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kebersihan, dan Pertamanan (DLHKP) Kota Kediri (DLHKP) Kota Kediri di lokasi proyek yang ditemui kediripost, juga mengaku tidak tahu apa dan bagaimana yang dilakukan tim yang datang ke lokasi itu. “Saya tidak tahu Mas. Wong itu bukan urusan saya. Kalau melihat orang – orang itu, ya,”katanya.
Sementara itu, Kepala DLHKP Kota Kediri, Didik Catur, yang berusaha dihubungi Kediripost melalui saluran WA, lagi-lagi tidak memberikan jawaban. Informasi yang didapat Kediripost, Didik Catur merupakan salah satu orang yang sudah dimintai keterangan oleh Kejati terkait kasus dugaan penyimpangan proyek TPA 3 ini.
Seperti diberitakan, Proyek TPA 3 Kota Kediri senilai Rp 7,6 miliar itu kini sedang dalam penyelidikan Kejati Jawa Timur, karena adanya dugaan penyimpangan keuangan atau korupsi. Sedangkan kondisi fisik lapangan yang ditemukan kediripost di lokasi, setidaknya ada 2 hal yang tidak ditemukan pada proyek itu, secara perencanaan ada, tetapi secara fisik tidak ditemukan, yaitu penanaman pohon keliling TPA 3 dan pagar kawat berduri keliling TPA 3. Attorney General Checks the Location of the TPA Project
KEDIRI – The case of alleged corruption in the Kediri City Final Disposal Site (TPA) 3 project, which is currently being investigated by the East Java High Court (Kejati), continues. The Prosecutor’s Team continues to investigate the case of the TPA 3 project by visiting the project site for a physical check, Thursday (25/3/2021). “There were 8 people who came to the site, 6 men and 2 women,” said a kediripost source at the TPA 3 project site, who was warned not to be named.
Sources of information from the kediripost at the project site and residents who happened to be at the location, explained that the Prosecutor’s Team came to the location around 14.00. As soon as the team arrived, the scavengers and people at the location were asked to step aside for a while because they would check at the required number of locations.
The Prosecutor’s Team not only physically checked the TPA 3 project location, but also checked the inactive TPA 1 and TPA 2. However, these sources did not know what was obtained from the project location. “I don’t know what they found. I just watched, the others were asked not to get close, ”said another source.
An employee of the Kediri City Environment, Cleanliness and Gardening Service (DLHKP) at the project site, who was met by the Kediripost, also admitted that he did not know what and how the team that came to the location was doing. “I don’t know, Mas. Meanwhile, the Head of the Kediri City DLHKP, Didik Catur, who tried to be contacted by Kediripost through the WA channel, again did not give an answer. The information obtained by Kediripost, Didik Catur, is one of the people who has been questioned by the Attorney General’s Office regarding the alleged irregularity in the TPA 3 project.
As reported, the TPA 3 Project in Kediri City worth Rp. 7.6 billion is currently being investigated by the East Java Prosecutor’s Office for alleged financial irregularities or corruption. Meanwhile, the physical condition of the field found by the kediripost at the location, there were at least 2 things that were not found in the project, planning was there, but physically they were not found, namely planting trees around TPA 3 and barbed wire fencing around TPA 3.
