TERSANGKA PENIPUAN : Suherman, Camat Grogol, wajib lapor ke Polres Kediri dua kali dalam satu minggu
KEDIRI – Herman, Camat Grogol, ditetapkan sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan penipuan pengisian jabatan perangkat desa, saat dia menjabat sebagai Camat Kras. Dia dilaporkan salah seorang calon perangkat desa ke Polres Pare dengan tuduhan penipuan, yang mengaku sudah membayar ratusan juta, yang dibayar secara bertahap, mulai 2016. Tetapi ternyata jabatan perangkat desa itu tidak pernah didapat. Akhirnya dia melaporkan ke Polres Kediri.
Kapolres Kediri AKBP Lukman Cahyono. melalui Kasatreskrim AKP Gilang Akbar membenarkan adanya laporan dan pihaknya sudah menetapkan Herman sebagai tersangka. Hanya saja, dia belum ditahan, hanya dikenakan wajib lapor satu minggu dua kali, yaitu Senin dan Kamis. “Dia tidak ditahan, hanya wajib lapor Senin dan Kamis,”ujar Gilang.
Gilang menjelaskan, Herman tidak ditahan karena dia dijerat dengan pasal penipuan biasa, yang ancaman hukumannya maksimal 4 tahun penjara.
Sementara itu, sumber-sumber di Kecamatan Grogol menyebutkan bahwa Herman sudah dua hari belakangan tidak masuk kantor. Hanya saja, dia tidak mengetahui apa alasanya tidak masuk kantor. “Mungkin ada kegiatan di luar kantor atau rapat mungkin,”jawabnya.
Sedangkan Plt Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Kabupaten Kediri, Sholihin saat dikonfirmasi mengaku sudah mendengar adanya salah seorang camat yang menjadi tersangka itu. Saat ditanya apakah ditetapkannya dia sebagai tersangka itu akan berpengaruh pada jabatannya? Sholihin mengaku bisa saja. “Bisa Mas,”tandasnya.
Hanya saja, masalah seperti itu pasti akan dipelajari dulu detailnya seperti apa. Urusan tentang masalah yang dihadapi ASN adalah urusan inspektorat. (mam)
Sub-district Chief Grogol Suspected of Fraud
KEDIRI – Herman, Head of Grogol Subdistrict, was named as a suspect in a case of alleged fraud in filling the position of village official, when he served as Camat of Kras. He was reported to be one of the village apparatus candidates to the Pare Police Station on charges of fraud, who claimed to have paid hundreds of millions, which were paid in stages, starting in 2016. But apparently the position of the village apparatus was never obtained. Finally he reported to the Kediri Police Station.
Kediri Police Chief AKBP Lukman Cahyono. through Kasatreskrim AKP Gilang Akbar confirmed the existence of the report and his party had named Herman as a suspect. However, he has not been arrested, only subject to compulsory reporting twice a week, namely Monday and Thursday. “He was not arrested, only required to report Monday and Thursday,” said Gilang.
Gilang explained, Herman was not arrested because he was charged with an ordinary fraud article, which threatened a maximum sentence of 4 years in prison.
Meanwhile, sources in Grogol Sub-District stated that Herman had not been in the office for the past two days. However, he did not know what was the reason for not entering the office. “Maybe there are activities outside the office or maybe a meeting,” he answered.
While Acting Head of the Kediri Regency Personnel Agency, Sholihin, when confirmed, claimed to have heard that one of the sub-district heads had become a suspect. When asked whether his appointment as a suspect would affect his position? Sholihin admitted that he could. “It can, Mas,” he said.
