Masyarakat Panik Corona, Dewan Minta Call Centre

BUTUH CALL CENTRE CORONA : Ayub Hidayatullah, Anggota DPRD Kota Kediri

“Jangan sampai mereka berlebihan mensikapi isu virus corona,”tambah Ayub.

(mam)

Corona Societ’ Panic, Council Requests Call Center

KEDIRI – The issue of the corona outbreak that continues to grow to cause public panic, apparently also began to get attention from the City Council of Kediri. Kediri City DPRD member from PKS, Ayub Hidayatullah asked the Kediri City Health Office to open a call center and socialization to the public specifically related to the corona virus. “The situation of panic must be quickly suppressed, not to expand without explanation from the Health Office,” said Job.
Ayub explained, in the City of Kediri there were no cases of the corona virus in Kediri, but the public panic was felt a lot. For example, masks in some pharmacies run out, cleaning liquid or hand washing began to be difficult to obtain, in public spaces such as coffee shops, many people talk about the corona problem. “The indications are that light goods related to corona virus prevention are likely to be bought up by the public. If this is left unchecked, it can be endlessly unsettling and develop into unhealthy issues, “he said.
According to Ayub, the panic situation of this community needs to be addressed immediately so that it does not develop and spread wildly. So that people can be more calm and resume normal activities. “Don’t let them overreact to the corona virus issue,” Job added.
Meanwhile, Fauzan Adhima, Head of the Kediri City Health Service, said that there was no need to form a special team or a corona virus special call center. Because, the Health Department already has a PSC (Public Safety Center) call center. In essence, this PSC is for emergencies. If there is an emergency situation, the public can contact the PSC.
“For example there was an accident in Mrican, the public could call the call center, then the operator would contact the nearest Puskesmas or hospital to provide first aid or send an ambulance to be referred,” said Fauzan.
Does this PSC operate 24 hours? Fauzan said that for the time being the PSC only operates during business hours. For 24-hour operations, you can go directly to the inpatient health center. “This PSC can be seen through Android via the Sijari Sakti application,” added Fauzan. (mam)
