Warung Pecel dapat Rp 600 Juta Diblong, 2 Ditahan

Kerugian Rp 2,4 M, Baru Sentuh ‘Kelas Teri’

Namun, kemungkinan adanya tersangka baru masih terbuk. “Masih terbuka ada tersangka baru. Kita masih mendalami kasus ini,”ujar Kepala Kejari Kota Kediri, Sofyan Sele, dalam konferensi pers di aula Kejari, Rabu (19/1/21), didamping Kasi Pidsus Nurngali SH dan Kasi Intel Zalmianto SH.

SOFYAN SELE :Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Kediri

Angsurannya nol,”tandas Sofyan.

DITAHAN : Indra, Mantan AO BPR Kota Kediri

Sehingga banyak kredit bermasalah. (mam)

Warung Pecel got Rp. 600 Million Xonged, 2 Detained

Loss of Rp. 2.4 Billion, Just Touch ‘Teri Class’

KEDIRI – Alleged irregularities in financial credit at BPR Kota Kediri have started to claim victims. Two people were arrested, namely Indra H, a former Account Officer (AO) and Ida Riyani, a debtor, detained by the Kediri City District Attorney (Kejari). It is not clear whether the suspect is only “localized” in this “teri” class or will touch decision-making officials. However, the possibility of a new suspect is still open. “There are still new suspects open. We are still investigating this case, ”said Head of the Kediri City Prosecutor’s Office, Sofyan Sele, in a press conference at the Kejari hall, Wednesday (19/1/21), accompanied by Head of Pidsus Nurngali SH and Kasi Intel Zalmianto SH. According to Sofyan, Ida is a seller of pecel rice and boarding houses. Based on the evidence that the prosecutor had confiscated, the data processing for credit disbursement was closed. For example, the number of boarding rooms is only 18, written as 31 rooms. The average monthly boarding price is around Rp. 300 thousand, written as Rp. 1.2 million. For collateral, land and house covering an area of about 18 ru, with a market price of around Rp. 15 million to Rp. 20 million, is written as Rp. 40 million. So that you can disburse credit of Rp. 600 million in installments per month of Rp. 19 million more. Even though in real terms, Ida actually doesn’t have the ability to pay monthly installments. “There are indications, deliberately made that way and deliberately will not pay off. The installments are zero, “said Sofyan. Sofyan admitted that his party will still explore a number of large credits at BPR Kota Kediri, starting 2016-2019, especially over IDR 250 million. There are still a number of loans over Rp 250 million that are suspected of having problems. Because loans above Rp. 250 million must have the approval of the supervisory board. When asked about the possibility of the AGO investigating members of the council or former members of the council, who had the issue that some of the loans were problematic at the BPR Kota Kediri, Sofyan admitted that if there is evidence related to that, it is very likely that they will also be examined. “The important thing is there is proof,” said Sofyan. As reported, Non Performing Loans (NPL) or non-performing loans at BPR Kota Kediri had reached around 50 percent. Whereas naturally, NPL is around 2.5 percent. So that the business count is almost bankrupt. This BPR, which belongs to the Kediri City Government, was once rumored to be a “bancakan” credit facility that did not comply with OJK’s standard Operating Procedures (SOP). So that there are many problem loans. (mam)
