Pemakaman Covid Tanpa APD Potensial Terus Terulang

KEDIRI- Kasus pemakaman jenazah covid-19 oleh warga dan keluarga tanpa Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) seperti yang terjadi di Desa Kranding, Kecamatan Mojo, sangat potensial akan terus terulang. Para pelaku yang penanganan covid, mulai rumah sakit, BPBD, Polisi, Gugus Covid, tingkat Kabupaten / Kota, kecamatan, hingga desa, sangat potensial bisa saling lempar tanggungjawab dan lepas tangan. Sebab, memang tidak ada penanggungjawab khusus yang menangani pemakaman jenazah covid.

Juru bicara Gugus Tugas Kabupaten Kediri, Ahmad Chotib,  saat dikonfirmasi terkait kasus pemakaman jenazah covid-19 tanpa APD itu menjelaskan, pasien meninggal di RS Gambiran,  dengan status  confirm covid-19. Pemulasaran jenazah sesuai protokol.  Pada saat  pemakaman warga  membantu  mengangkat peti  menuju liang lahat dengan tidak mau menggunakan APD. “Sehingga selesai pemakaman, warga yg ikut membantu  tersebut diisolasi untuk selanjutnya dilakukan pemeriksaan,”ujar Khotib.

Saat ditanya, jika ada pasien covid meninggal di luar daerah, misalnya meninggal di RS Kota tapi warga Kabupaten, apakah yang bertanggungjawab pemakaman jenazah, itu dari RS yang merawat atau dari daerah asal pasien? Khotib menjawab, tidak ada aturan yang tegas terkait hal tersebut. “Jadi, semua saling kolaborasi,”tandasnya.

Apakah di Kabupaten Kediri ada petugas khusus untuk pemakaman jenazah covid? Khotib menegaskan tidak ada. “Tidak ada, biasanya kolaborasi  antara  RS,  satgas desa / warga.  Seringkali juga BPBD turun tangan membantu,”tambah Khotib.

Saat kediripost ingin meyakinkan kembali soal siapa yang berkewajiban memakamkan jenazah pasien covid-19, dari desa, dari RS, atau BPBD?  “Kewajiban bersama,”tegas Khotib.

Seperti diberitakan sebelumnya, jenazah terpapar covid-19 di Desa Kranding, Kecamatan Mojo, terpaksa dimakamkan warga dan keluarga sendiri tanpa APD, karena petugas khusus pemakaman tidak ada. Tim Gugus Covid Kabupaten menyatakan pemakaman itu sudah sesuai protokol. Tetapi berdasarkan bukti-bukti video dan foto-foto, juga keterangan warga dan keluarga, pemakaman itu jauh dari protokol kesehatan. (mam)
